An absolute gem of a cottage! Comfortable, well outfitted, cozy and very close to the Iowa campus. The owner thought of everything and is super organized. We were super impressed with this property and enjoyed being able to use it to visit our Hawkeye. Added bonus of a great TV and couch to watch our team win in epic fashion! 10/10!!

This is a darling house. Nice outdoor space…including covered table for eating, fire pit with seating, parking available off the street. The area/neighborhood felt safe and secure. Perfect location for our trip, walkable to restaurants and other interesting destinations. The host was available and responsive to questions.

Clean place, quiet neighborhood, close to everything.

It was a perfect spot for the three of us plus our dog to stay while visiting our oldest, who is a Freshman at the University. Very bright, all the amenities plus gear for a tailgate if needed. Thanks a million!
