Absolutely phenomenal property! If you’re looking at the pictures, wondering if it’s as pretty as it looks, it is! We did a girls trip here and we’ve had a phenomenal stay. It’s close to everything, has a great pool area, and a wonderful layout for the house so that everybody’s comfortable all the time.

There were a few issues when we first arrived but host was very responsive and tried to correct them. The house was not exactly as described in the listing but it still worked out for our family. The location was close to beach, restaurants and shopping.

I stayed at the rental with 6 of my bridesmaids for my bachelorette and it was the most amazing weekend, I wish I could've stayed longer! I really knew I had a found a gem back when I booked it, yet it still somehow exceeded my expectations. Truly an oasis. Upon walking in the house was SO clean it really felt like a hotel. Exactly like pictured yet feels bigger, plenty of space to hang/eat/pregame around the kitchen island and lounge on the couches with a movie on. The bedrooms are gorgeous and the king beds are a plus. The ac kept the house cool and was a savior with the florida heat. Our jaws dropped when we walked in the backyard, our suitcases barely it the ground before we were jumping in the pool. Perfect water temp, we were in there all weekend, 2 pool floats provided too! We forgot a speaker, but there's a tv in the outside screened in area that we played spotify/youtube on and heard it through the backyard. The palm trees filling the yard were a perfect backdrop for photos, same with the grass area with the LED pink sign. I got to stay in the pool house with my sister and the room was gorgeous! Nice to have privacy when needed and so cool stepping right out to the pool. The huge plus of this rental is the location, we walked everywhere, from coffee runs to the ave for bars & live music, it made the bonding experience so much more fun, saving money on ubers kept the vibes high too. If you're staying in Delray, don't even hesitate, book!

Perfect Trip!

Our stay at Flamingo Villa was outstanding! Upon arrival, everything was set up for us. Easy entry, extremely clean, new renovation. Kitchen was perfectly appointed to allow us to eat many meals at home. Screened porch and backyard are the perfect oasis to relax! Guest house was a fantastic bonus. Happy to stay at any other property hosted by Danny, service is top notch!

A Dream House

My girlfriends and I stayed for a long weekend. The house is absolutely fantastic! Every room and bathroom is updated and the guest house is a perfect sanctuary. The private pool was delightful and the perfect temperature where you could just walk/jump right in. The house is in a great location to walk to all the restaurants and nightlife on Atlantic Avenue in Delray. It’s a perfect home for families with kids because of the outdoor games but also for a group of adults. What you see in the pictures is what you get. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay there again. Danny, the host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Perfect Get Away

The house was everything I had imagined and more. It’s light and bright and such a great use of the space. We rarely spent any time indoors because the backyard was so lovely. The guest house in the back is super cute and the friends we had in from out of town loved it. The beds are comfy and our guests even checked the mattress to find out the brand. The house is only about two blocks from all of the bars a restaurants on Atlantic Avenue and we walked to Atlantic Avenue almost every night for dinner. We rented a golf cart but, the only time we ever used it was to go to beach. So, it is definitely not needed since everything is so close and easy walk. We loved this house and location and are looking forward to staying in this house again.
