Time to get away to relax with your family and friends and settle at night in to your own King Suite. Enjoy your own getaway on over 3 acres of your own space in beautiful Warwick, NY. Did we mention the walking path to Clearview Winery next door? Should we have led with that? 15 minutes to Legoland, 12 minutes to Mt. Peter, 3 minutes to Landmark Inn. Hit the amazing amenities Warwick has to offer and then retire to one of the amazing breweries, wineries, or distilleries the area has to offer.
Newly furnished property throughout. Perfect for get togethers and with 4 large bedrooms.
The first floor has a Dining Room, Full Kitchen, Sitting Room, Living Room with 65" Smart HDTV, Eating area, Laundry Room, Powder Room, and access to full size garage.
Though Warwick lends itself to eating out at the fantastic restaurants, sometimes you need a home cooked meal. That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to cook you and your friends/family even the largest home cooked meal.
The kitchen area opens to a large deck complete with a grill, dining table, chairs, and a sitting area for the ultimate outdoor dinner/hangout. The summer will even provide abundant wine berries around the perimeter of the property.
Plenty of indoor and outdoor drinkware and wine glasses will be sure to ensure enjoyment of the outdoor firepit on the stone patio under the overhead party lights.
...And for the morning there is a drip (individual and carafe) coffee maker along with plenty of mugs and ground coffee choices. Enjoy your coffee on the front porch rocking chairs watching the sunrise over the valley.
The 2nd floor holds 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
The Master bedroom has a memory foam King Bed, 55" TV, large walk in closet, and large Master Bath with walk in closet and large soaking/jacuzzi tub.
Bedroom 2 and 3 have memory foam queen beds, 55" TVs, Closet space with hangers, luggage racks and stand up fans .
Bedroom 4 has a single twin bed, and 1 bunk bed, for a total of 3 twin beds. There is a nightlight/sound machine and book stand for the first...or twelfth bedtime story.
