10/10 Highly recommend. The view is spectacular, and the house is a dream!!! Everything was clean and well cared for. The owner literally had everything you could possibly need, and responded immediately to every message. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect stay!Just as an fyi to future travelers, only one room has window coverings. The upside: it allows all the beautiful light to flood the house.

Amazing property. Perfect for a mountain getaway

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. Secluded but not too far from hiking and lake activities. Very spacious and comfortably held our group of 11. Highly recommend.

Just a wonderful experience at this location. Host was quick to respond to communications and the property is stunning. Great place for a large gathering. 1000% recommend and we all good to be returning again!

My kids and grandkids all thanked me profusely for finding this place. Everyone got his or her own bedroom (all with beautiful views and comfortable beds and nearby bathroom) so we could have privacy (there were 9 of us) as well as fun together in the lovely big open kitchen (cooked our turkey in the oven!) and on the sofa in front of the fireplace. We all enjoyed challenging hiking on the nearby Appalachian trail and the teens played in the game room too. Helpful Host, Best house we ever stayed in.

Great large rental in Warwick

Everything was great. The property is beautiful. However, there were no window shades or curtains in any of the bedrooms or bathrooms.

Amazing House!

Unbelievable home and location! 15 minutes from Legoland NY and Castle Fun. We did not get to explore the downtown too much, but a drive through impressed us. Found a great pie shop 10 minutes away and some solid pizza. Back to the home...the pictures tell it all. Great host as well. Could use a few more larger frying pans for cooking, but otherwise very well-stocked! Could fit 3 families of 4 here no problem. Will be back!

Outstanding Stay!

From the beginning of booking to the end of the visit the communication from the owner was fantastic. I had a few requests for my stay and the owner was more than generous to accommodate those requests.The house is amazing for a family and or friends getting together. We were a family of 12. Tons of room, enough bathrooms, downstairs game area was a huge hit and the view and grounds are amazing. I hosted a graduation party for my daughter at the property with the owners consent. Friends and family are still talking about the property and how there was so much space to do what I wanted.Overall I can’t stay enough about this stay and property. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent property outside NYC and in close proximity to West Point

We had a large group in town for a nearby graduation - the house was perfect, with bedrooms for everyone and 4 full bathrooms. The open design was ideal for having everyone together. The property is very new and clean. The house does face the east and currently lacks window coverings, so it does get bright early in the morning and lacks some privacy between bedrooms across the deck from each other. The kitchen has all the necessities included. The master bath in particular is large and spacious. All together an excellent home with pretty views and space for a gathering of family.
