Thank you for your feedback. We just recently started listing this property on VRBO and I thought all the information from our listing on Airbnb would transfer over. We will get the description updated to reflect that we do allow pets and that there is 1 full bathroom and 1 1/2 bathroom, instead of 2. As for the cots, I’m sorry that you feel that way. The beds are standard twin bed frames and memory foam mattresses. The bedframes we use do not require a box spring and may be why they seem different.

Listing did not match pictures and website misrepresentative no pets. I would’ve never booked this knowing that pets were in the house the week before. Listed two cots/ 2 twin beds, 2 bath/ 1 bathroom upstairs shared with one king bed, one queen bed and the two twin bed/cots.One/half bath was of the dining room on the first floor The house was stage and decorated for the Ivy Cottage theme which I really liked. Communicating with the host was good. He apologized for the misunderstanding.
