Enjoy a Harrison West home with 100 year old charm! Close to Ohio Stadium and campus, you are able to get anywhere in Central Columbus quick!

Located near the Olentangy Bike trail and is walking, biking or a short Uber to several locations:
Ohio Stadium: 1.6 miles
Short North: 0.7 miles
Downtown Columbus: 2 miles
Arena District: 1.3 miles
Grandview: 1.5 miles

The house features updated kitchen and bathrooms, a wine fridge, soft close cabinets and a fully stocked kitchen.
The space
This 100 year old Harrison West home has been fully renovated while still having the charm of the original home. There is exposed brick in almost every room, yet the updates of modern day living.

The kitchen features quartz countertops, a beveled subway tile backsplash, soft close doors and drawers, stainless steel appliances, and a farmhouse sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need! We also do have crockpot for those game day dips!

The living room features a marble fireplace hearth, and a bar area with a wine fridge. There is a Smart TV for your use, and Youtube TV is available. Or you are welcome to sign into any of your apps. Just don't forget to sign out before you leave!

The dining room features a table that seats 8. There is also a secretaries desk in the dining room in case you need to get some work completed during your stay. Right next to the dining room, there are 2 barstools on the kitchen peninsula for more seating and interacting with friends in the kitchen.

The bathrooms are updated with subway tile shower walls, and quartz and marble vanity sinks. Both bathrooms also have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash ready to use.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and the primary bedroom features a king bed. Both bedrooms have closet storage, and the primary bedroom also has dresser storage. Don't worry if you forget your charger; the nightstands in both bedrooms have multiple outlets; which will also charge your phone. There is also a balcony off of the primary bedroom; which is great for evening relaxing.

There is a lot of outdoor area at this house! There is a large front porch; which is great for hanging out. There is also a balcony off of the primary bedroom. The backyard is completely fenced in and features a dining table (seats 4), a paver patio, a firepit area (we provide the gas) surrounded by chairs, and patio lights for wonderful ambiance. There is also parking right behind the house for 2 cars. You can also park on the street in front of the house if more parking is needed.

This STR is a jewel located so close to downtown Columbus. It’s a beautiful home with a beautiful, peaceful back yard. The kitchen was amazing and very modern. The living room was comfortable with a great TV. The bedrooms had comfy beds and nice linens. The bathrooms were also very modern. The whole place was pristine clean. It was exceptional and our only regret was that we were only going to be in town one night! Highly recommend this lovely home!

Amazing stay!

My husband, two dogs and I were in town for the weekend and had the absolut best stay here. This home is cozy, clean, and in a perfect location! Our dogs had enough space in the back yard and loved watching the neighborhood from the balcony. The host, Sean, is very friendly and quick to respond. Wonderful stay in Columbus

This is a great home that was very clean and appeared newly renovated. It is in close (driving) proximity to many restaurants, stores, and close to many things you may need to get to in Columbus. It is a short drive to OSU and the main drag near campus. Host was very responsive. The home came equipped with bedding, towels, and with the enclosed back yard worked well for us as we were traveling with 2 dogs. You will be happy with this rental.

Graduation Celebration

We were in Cbus to celebrate our daughter's graduation from OSU. The house was in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the stadium which made it very convenient. Had a small gathering afterward with her roommates and their families and were able to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor space to share a meal together apart from the hustle and bustle of campus and restaurants and traffic. Very clean and comfortable house. Highly recommend for a nice stay in Cbus!
