Hololani B804 is a stunning, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that offers ceiling fans throughout the unit and a private washer/dryer. This property has elevators for easy access. Unit B804 can accommodate up to 6 guests. Each bedroom offers a queen-size bed. Additionally, each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The interior of this spacious condo is thoughtfully designed, with an open and airy layout that seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities and ample space for culinary enthusiasts. The kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Utilize the convenient bar seating paired with the indoor/outdoor dining areas for extra dining space. The living room also features a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests.
While this condo offers an abundance of natural ventilation with its oceanfront location, please note that it does not have air conditioning. Embrace the convenience of a free assigned parking spot, indulge in the oceanfront pool, or savor a delightful BBQ experience in the designated area. There is a beach directly in front of the resort; sand levels and access can vary depending on conditions. Beach access is available at some of the neighboring resorts (Sands of Kahana). Hololani is within walking distance of several beaches, shops, golf courses, and restaurants. There are no parking or resort fees.
