Upon entering, the open floor plan downstairs welcomes you with natural light and a warm aura. The primary suite offers a king-size bed, en suite bath, and walk-in closet. Upstairs, two beautifully appointed bedrooms await, one with a queen-size bed and the other with twin beds. An upper living area provides a cozy hideaway.



Outside, a front porch with a swinging bench offers a spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Venture to the sprawling, private backyard, with a fire pit for gatherings under the stars.

The cottage is beautiful! It was comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything and yet very quiet. We highly recommend it.

We have stayed in this cottage several times. This time, the cleanliness of the place was lacking. The glass nightstand in the downstairs bedroom was very dusty -- so much so I cleaned it myself. The top of the picture frame in the bathroom (painting of the house) was dusty -- the reason I know is a straightened the painting and got dust on my fingers. The place needs a little decorative update. Decorative pillows outside ion the front porch are soiled and dingy; and the decorative pillows on the inside are tired.

Me and my friends enjoy our stay at Pickers Cottage. The house was clean and had everything we needed! Enjoyed walking to town to eat at Fox & Locke! We loved our fire pit with wood nice and ready for our visit! The host was so helpful and accommodating! Can’t wait to go back!

Pickers Cottage was awesome!

We had a two week stay at pickers cottage. Accessing the cottage was extremely easy by car or by walking to/from Leipers Fork. Everything was working and well-maintained, clean and neat. We could not have had better accommodations. When we had one very minor issue, which really wasn’t the host’s fault, the host took care of it quickly and easily. We would gladly stay there again!

Lovely place

We had a very nice stay at this adorable cottage. It was exactly as it said it was. The only thing that wasn’t good - although not a game changer by any means, was every pan we used had food residue still on them. Nothing a second washing didn’t fix. Management was amazing and very helpful!!Overall I would recommend 10 / 10

Serene surroundings

The property and surrounding areas are well kept and very quiet. Pictures were very representative of the property. All enjoyed the house. It was very welcoming and homey. We cooked most of our meals at the cottage. Neighbors were friendly and very kind. The house is just a short walk from town which was so convenient. I would recommend this property to all!

Charming perfection!

Sarah was wonderful from beginning to end. Responding to ?s right away. So helpful and gave us all the info and hospitality we could need. Home is charming and completely wonderful in every way. Plenty of room, 2 full baths with double sinks - makes it great for a group of friends. Kitchen is gorgeous with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood in Leipers Fork in walking distance to the adorable downtown. Everyone so friendly- including the tomcat Tom. So sweet! Loved our stay and will be back for sure!
