We are proudly pet-friendly with a $100 pet fee. Pool & Jacuzzi heating available for an additional $100 per day.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
If you used a sofa bed during your stay, PLEASE LEAVE IT OPEN. Do not fold or close the sofa bed before checkout. Our cleaning crew will be sanitizing and will handle putting it back as needed.

Beautiful location near Nashville but near the smaller town Leipers Fork adorable town, farmland, close to stores and shops in Franklin. Lots of nice attention to details, smores set up for the fire pit, grill on back porch, bathroom items stocked, pool towels provided, soaps and laundry dryer sheets came in handy. The pool and back patio were amazing and perfect for the summer nights memories made with our family.

BEST PROPERTY in FRANKLIN!!What an amazing property...never stayed in such a unique and well decorated VRBO until this home. The pool and outdoor patio is beautiful, with views of the green pasture and mature oak trees. We enjoyed Thursday Open Mic Night at Fox & Locke just 5 minutes away in Leipers Fork Village. Also convenient to Westhaven, only 6 minutes and Franklin is less than 10 minutes. Complimentary Black Car Service was fun for our trip to Fox & Locke. Definitely on our return trip agenda when we have more time to spend. Thank you for making such a special property available.
