Serene Retreat Near Charming Leiper’s Fork and Historic Downtown FranklinWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming retreat in Leiper’s Fork! Tucked away onpicturesque acreage surrounded by rolling hills and peaceful countryside, this updated 3-bedroom home felt like the perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life. The expansiveporches (nearly 900 sq ft!) were our favorite spot—ideal for morning coffee while watching thedeer wander by or evening glasses of wine under the stars. The house itself is cozy yet spacious,with modern updates that made it feel fresh and comfortable, including a well-equipped kitchenand plenty of outdoor space for relaxing.The location could not be better—just minutes from the quaint village of Leiper’s Fork with its artgalleries, antique shops, and spots like Fox and Locke for live music and great Southern food.We loved day trips into historic Franklin (only about 10-15 minutes away) for shopping anddining, and even ventured to the Leiper’s Fork Distillery for a fun tour and tasting. The privacyhere is unmatched; it's quiet and secluded, yet still conveniently close to groceries, restaurants,and all the charm of the area.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The beds are incrediblycomfortable – we all slept like babies after full days exploring. The hosts were responsive andhelpful with local recommendations. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend!
