The rarest unicorn you will find in Dewey Beach! One home that has everything you could need and want under one roof. All day you can enjoy the ocean views from the oceanfront deck and get lost in the ocean air. The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the second floor. The owner provides all bed sheets and bath linens. The second floor has an open living, kitchen and dining area that provides access out to the waterfront deck. This is a perfect spot for family to gather and enjoy your time together. If the beach is not your favorite place to sunbathe, step right over to the pool! The owner also provides bed and bath linens. Did I mention the home is pet friendly, dog only please. What more could you want? This is a non smoking home, no smoking on the property and this includes the decks. Pet friendly with a $325 non refundable pet fee per pet, dogs only.
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
