Cape Marie 1403 is a beautifully renovated, ground-floor apartment that combines contemporary design with Caribbean comfort. Large sliding doors connect the living area directly to the terrace and the shared pool, blending indoor and outdoor living effortlessly.

The living room offers a cozy seating area with a Smart TV, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with premium appliances, includes a cooking island, American-style refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, combination oven, Nespresso machine, and blender—ideal for preparing your favorite meals or tropical drinks.

Cape Marie 1403 features two comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning and luxurious bedding. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private wash basin, while the second bedroom has two single beds and shares a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks. A separate guest toilet adds extra convenience.

Step outside to the spacious terrace, where you can relax on sun loungers or in the shaded lounge area while enjoying a refreshing dip in the pool just steps away. The terrace overlooks the tropical garden and offers a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.
At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
