Great location very close to Cas Abao Beach! The ocean views were amazing and the pool is great for cooling off in the evenings. We also loved the bedroom with the lounge area for chilling and watching movies at night in the A/C! The house is in a very safe location within a gated community! Highly recommend this villa!

Views were amazing. Swimming in the pool to cool off after a day of exploring was perfect. It was centrally located on the island to all the things we were planning to do. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and quiet

This place was perfect for our holiday. - very quiet area- loved having the pool to ourselves- the air conditioning in the bedrooms was much appreciated!- some extras that were nice to have: laundry, ice machine on the refrigerator, garage to keep the car cool during the day- location was central on the island and made it easy to get most places within a 30 minute drive.- we found several restaurants within 15 minute drive that were excellent.

Amazing,, again!!

This was our second stay at this property and, again, it was fantastic. We feel like it is now a home away from home. Everything was in perfect order. Hope to be back soon!

Exactly what we were looking for!

Beautiful property, with an awesome view. While there are neighbors, it still feels very private which we liked. The property managers made checking in and out extremely easy and even though we had zero issues, i felt if we did they would have handled it right away. I would 100% stay here again.

Awesome spot! We had a fantastic time. The house and location are great. Had a couple of hiccups that were addressed quickly. the one thing to be aware of is there are mosquitos and no-see-ems in the morning, evening and night. Need to use bug spray with deet except for the middle of the day. We adventured around during the day and were back for happy hour by the pool. Sunsets are great and a constant view of the ocean is awesome. We actually watched a tuna feeding frenzy with huge tuna jumping out of the water within view and close enough to not need binoculars. nice hike to the northwest beach and a 5 minute detour took us to the flamingo lagoon with 30 flamingos. Highly recommended.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Cas Abou very much. It's in the perfect central location on the west coast to travel both north and south for quick half day/full day trips. The views are phenomenal. Access to the water is amazing with great snorkeling right at your doorstep. The hosts were welcoming and informative. We will definitely be back.

Quiet and private

A lovely two weeks in a quiet community. We've stayed in Cas Abou several times and love the area. If you are looking to get away from the crowds and just chill, this area is for you. It's a bit further away from amenities, but that is what we appreciate about it.The beautiful deck and pool area overlooking the sea and horizon was a

Beautiful Cas Abou!

Perfect place for our family to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday. Very comfortable setting for our family of four ( two young men-early 20’s) and my husband and I to spend 8 days. We enjoyed cooking together, swimming in our private pool, toasting the beautiful sunsets and star-gazing at night and coming home after a day of snorkeling and exploration. Highly recommend!

My Sunny Place

Very nice property in an usually quiet area. Good furniture and kitchen appliances. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Two quiet small beaches within easy walking distance. Unfortunately during our stay there was noisy construction activity daily close by.

Upgrades !

The villa was absolutely beautiful – spacious, clean, and set in a stunning location. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. However, the kitchen could use some upgrades. The pots, pans, and other accessories were quite basic and a bit worn, which made cooking a little challenging. A refresh in this area would make the experience even better. Still, overall, a lovely place to relax and unwind!

Overall, this is a great property. There were several scheduled maintenance items that had to be fixed while we were there, so we had to be gone multiple times. It was difficult to communicate with the company to determine accurate times when things would be taken care of. Due to this, our plans changed multiple times, to accommodate the workers. The location of the house was great, and overall, it was a good stay.

Very good value for the money! Gorgeous views, plenty of space (large master bedroom and living room, and spacious outside patio). Nice and clean. Also very quiet and peaceful surroundings. The pool is warm and has both a deep and a shallow end. Very grateful for well-functioning A/Cs in the bedrooms. Hazardous for small kids that there are no railings at all on the patio. Just a sheer drop. But no problem for adults. We also had issues with water backing up from the drains but Noom took care of the problem in a professional way and compensated us for the inconvenience. All in all a lovely stay, and we'd be happy to come back.

Beautiful views

The house itself was well stocked and very comfortable. It was great for 3 adults who love sitting outside and taking in the spectacular view. I would say that it isn’t a house for small children— the lack of a railing on the porch might scare parents. But adults and older children will enjoy this home. There is currently some construction in the area. and they work from 7-5. Didn’t matter because we are early risers and most of that time was spent on the beach. The neighborhood is wonderful. Very safe and secure being gated.

Disliked: Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was exceptionally clean, pest‑free, and the ocean view made the experience wonderful. Even the BBQ was spotless and ready to use.A few suggestions for future guests:Pool Maintenance: Service was scheduled for Tuesdays but occurred off‑schedule on Friday, then again Monday and Thursday as we were departing, which disrupted our use of the pool. The pool had significant debris on arrival, the net was unusable until replaced Tuesday, and later the pump shut off and the skimmer stopped working. More consistent maintenance would help.Kitchen Supplies: For a three‑bedroom villa, the number of coffee cups and glasses was inadequate. Only three proper coffee cups were available, with several chipped or stained handleless cups. This forced frequent dishwasher use despite only two guests. A roll of paper towels would also be helpful.Laundry: Guests are asked to refresh towels mid‑stay, yet no detergent was provided. The dryer also took an unusually long time to dry small loads, likely due to a clogged vent.Toiletries: Liquid soap was provided in the kitchen but not in the bathrooms. The manager supplied some the next day, but it should be stocked before arrival.Checkout: Although checkout is at 11 AM, the required tasks-emptying trash, starting the dishwasher, placing towels by the door—added time, and the cleaning crew arrived exactly at 11, making departure feel rushed despite the cleaning fee paid making the tasks unreasonable.

Thank you very much for your detailed review. We’re truly pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay, especially the cleanliness of the villa, the pest-free environment, and the beautiful ocean views. It’s also great to know the BBQ met your expectations — we’ll be sure to share this with our team. We also sincerely appreciate your constructive feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. Regarding the pool maintenance, we apologize for the inconsistency you experienced. This is not our standard, and we are addressing this with our pool service provider to ensure a more reliable schedule and proper functioning equipment moving forward. Thank you as well for your notes on the kitchen inventory. We will review and replenish the number and quality of cups and glasses to better match the villa’s capacity. We appreciate your feedback about the laundry setup. Providing detergent is something we will reconsider, and we will also have the dryer checked to ensure it is functioning efficiently. Lastly, we understand your comments about the checkout process. While the checkout guidelines are intended to help our team prepare the villa efficiently for incoming guests, we appreciate your feedback and will review how we can make this process feel more comfortable and less rushed. Thank you again for your valuable feedback and for staying with us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Private villa perfect space for tween and teen

We just stayed at Cas Abao for a week with our 10 and 13 year old girls. Good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, aircon and fans in all the bedrooms and we didn’t need to turn it on til about 30 mins before bed. The kids lived in the pool overlooking the sea and we were able to sit on the porch and watch them while reading if we didn’t want to swim. There are a variety of lounging and seating areas inside and outside. Fans in kitchen and living room. Good kitchen with all the amenities we needed, and a grill on the porch. Everything was clean and plenty of towels. The location is too far to walk to anything and was probably 25 mins to big supermarkets (we liked Carrefour) and 40 to Willemstad/Mambo beach so we only went out to dinner one night. We didn’t feel like we missed out though and loved our time here.

Check-in process was smooth and Noom was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had while we were there. The location was great for exploring the beautiful beaches and quieter west end of the island, yet just 20 minutes into Willemstad. We thoroughly enjoyed coming back to our private pool, with lots of outdoor seating options and the most spectacular sunsets. During the day we left all of the doors to the living spaces open and let the constant trade winds blow through. We did need to close the doors, which did not have screens, as sunset approached due to mosquitoes/no-seeums. This made the living spaces quite warm in the evenings. It would’ve been nice to have the option of air conditioning in this area just to cool it down a bit instead of wanting to retire to our bedroom so early. We did leave our bedroom closed up during the day in order to keep any potential bugs out but it stayed cool enough with the air conditioning on just during the night. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our time at ‘My Sunny Place’ and would definitely stay here again if we returned to Curacao.

Gorgeous house!

This house is absolutely stunning, even better than the photos make it look. The unobstructed, 180-degree view of the ocean is beautiful, and the pool and outdoor areas are lovely. The house itself is quite large, and the bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was also well equipped, and we appreciated having a washing machine. The management team was also super helpful and responsive. The beaches nearby are all excellent. If you're looking for something close to restaurants and nightlife, this wouldn't be a good fit, but if you want peace and serenity, this is the perfect spot. The one thing we struggled with was bugs. The bedrooms have screens on some of the windows, but the living area does not. For the first few nights, we kept those windows open in the evenings, but then we got absolutely chewed up by mosquitoes while sleeping, even with the bedroom doors closed and the A/C units in the rooms on. The only way to keep the bugs out was to shut all the doors and windows in the living area from about 5pm on, which made the house stiflingly hot. Having a few bug screens or an A/C in the living room would have made this a lot more comfortable, but all in all, we still had a great stay.
