This sweet cottage has a queen size bed with a quality mattress and bedding, a dining area inside for two or eat outside on the wrap around deck while enjoying the wildlife or just the silence. There is a full bathroom with a shower. Enjoy your own stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, towels, spices, etc.) with a stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and apt. size refrigerator. Approximately 1.5 mi. from downtown.

Clean and Quiet

Cabin was very clean! Bed was super comfy. Area was quiet and relaxing. Host provided things in the bathroom that I had forgot (hair dryer and makeup removing wipes) Would stay again!

Wonderful Stay!

This is an adorable property and perfect for a weekend getaway! My partner and I have stayed here twice in the past two years, and it has been absolutely perfect both times. Great kitchen area, very comfy bed, and just enough space for 2 people. Very nice and quiet stay. The host, Durinda, is very accommodating and checks in via text regularly to make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend this cottage if you’re planning a trip to Eureka Springs!

The cabin was so cute! We loved being able to cook together in the kitchen and relax on the patio. We only stayed for one night but we would definitely stay again!

Peaceful Retreat

My husband and I enjoyed exploring the beautiful area around Eureka Springs, to include the Buffalo National River, and explore Ozark Scenic Drive areas, from your cottage! It was very clean, located close-by, and yet peacefully situated south of town, yet easy to find! The place was charming, bed comfy, and coffee on the deck magical. Thanks for the thoughtful touches to include the comfy outside seating, and provided coffee. We'd definitely stay again! We also recommend eating at Emilio's!

Relaxation at it’s best

Cute cottage. Perfect for a solo trip to relax. Able to read, listen to music, and do yoga on the back deck. Very clean and furnished well. Close to attractions but peaceful

Perfect charming cottage

The cottage is exactly as described. It is SO clean and has all the perfect details (snacks, coffee, cotton balls, makeup removers, etc.). The back porch was our favorite part. You overlook a nice forest area and feel so secluded. It was also in a great location. You feel like you are far away from the city because of the beautiful woods around you but you are such a short drive from the cute downtown. The host was so nice and helpful as well!

the cottage was cute, well setup, and in a quiet part of town, yet close to the highway. The hostess was kind and very helpful, and the cottage had absolutely everything we would need for our 4-day stay there. I would recommend this for anyone!

Serene Cottage Close to Everything

My fiancé and I decided on a whim to head down to Eureka Springs for some relaxation and fun. We wanted to stay someplace private, that wasn't too far from all the action and Sarah's Cottage is the perfect combination of the two. Situated on a beautiful piece of property, with a private deck to enjoy the scenery while sipping your coffee (or wine), this cottage has everything you need in a tiny home - efficient, cute kitchen (with snacks!), shower big enough for two with plenty of hot water, and a very comfortable bed. I found the decor to be tasteful and soothing and the ac unit rocks. Durinda is the ideal host and is very accessible should you need anything. We'll absolutely be staying here again!

Great Stay in Eureka Springs

Had a great stay. Cottage was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Really liked sitting on the back deck in the morning. We were treated to a deer and a turtle wandering through behind the cottage. Thanks for a wonderful hospitality!

Adorable Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s Cottage. It was super clean, smelled great, and had everything we needed. The property owner was on site and easily accessible if needed. It was peaceful, quiet, and close to everything. We would stay there again!
