Why they chose this property

This location very convenient. Most anything you could want is within a 10-15 minute drive. The newly developed Vancouver waterfront is very popular area for a walk, drink and/or dining experience. Many more economical and still excellent restaurants are within 10 minutes from the unit.

Vancouver Mall is about 9 minutes away. Upscale pioneer place in downtown Portland is only 15 minutes away.
