Home is lovely with very friendly neighbors, and a great location. Comfy couch and beds. Many nearby restaurants, especially in Ft Mitchell. If you walk further down the street, there's a great view of Cincinnati behind the houses. Definitely check out the entire view of Cincy from Devou Park. Just 2 miles away.
