Guys trip

It was a great place to stay with family and friends. Lots of space for the young ones to run around outside. Loved the giant fire pit to sit around at for hours and stare at the stars at night.

Great spot for multiple ski options

Overall the place is nice but few things that could be improved and things people should know. The game room is a separate building to the house, it’s the garage next to the house so just be prepared to going in and out especially in the winter when everything is muddy and need to take your shoes off in the house. Also the PAC Man game was not working but it’s a great space overall There is no BBQ at the house and the oven was not cleaned because when we used it there was so much smoke coming from bottom of the oven and when we pay such high fee for cleaning that disappointing We had booked for 10 but could not find bed linen for the pull out sofas The hot tub is in the glass house behind the garage and there is not lights so if using at night it’s dangerous as place is so muddy around the house and even inside the glass house so hot tub was dirty and no where to hang your towel I think if they just put down a tonne of gravel around the house this would help with a lot of the muddy spots The wood burning fire was not working, one of the sliding doors we couldn’t get opened Also we were told you cannot flush toilet paper so be prepared for that!!! As grown men it was not something we needed!!

Dear Denis, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your recent stay at our property. Your feedback is invaluable to us, as it allows us to continually enhance our hosting experience. We place a high value on communication and typically reach out shortly after check-in to encourage our guests to connect with us for any questions or concerns that may arise during their stay. It's worth noting that we did reach out to you, but unfortunately, the matters regarding the PAC Man machine and bed sheets were not brought to our attention. For instance, there are extra bed sheets and pillows stored in the closets of the master bedroom, and we would have been delighted to guide you to these had we been aware of your need. Similarly regarding the PAC Man machine, we assure you that it is fully functional. We would have gladly assisted in troubleshooting had we known about it in time. We acknowledge the challenges presented by the natural surroundings. The expansive backyard, though beautiful, can become muddy with rain or snow. Your suggestions are appreciated, and we will continue exploring solutions to minimize muddy areas. There are solar lights in the vicinity, that typically activate on sensing motion. We'll certainly look into verifying that they are functioning as intended. It's important to note that we do not advertise a BBQ or a functional fireplace as amenities on our listing, though we would certainly consider adding them in the future. Lastly, the guidance about not flushing paper towels, wipes, etc., aligns with our house rules and industry standards. While it may be unconventional for some guests, it is crucial for maintaining the proper functioning of our plumbing system, especially with a septic system in the country. Your feedback is a crucial tool in our ongoing efforts to improve, and we genuinely appreciate your perspective. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.
