It’s your Mountain! Relax and spend time with your family and friends in our clean and spacious lake house , designed and built by William himself in 2015.

Prime Location: Beautiful- spacious 3000 sq ft home- 5 bedroom/3 bath home in Lake Community. One Mile from Hunter Mountain Resort, with short commute to Skii- Windham Mountain. Breath taking views of mountain and lake. Spacious open concept living place and wonderful outdoor space for entertaining and cozying up by the fire pit during the cooler evenings!

The view of the lake surrounded by beautiful Hunter Mountain is just the first of many highlights you will enjoy at our property. Located in the cozy town of Hunter, this home is less than one Mile from Hunter Mountain Resort and within a short commute to the area's dining and entertainment options.

You will be welcomed by a spacious open concept first floor, a large kitchen and entertaining space- with new appliances and kitchen counter seating for four. Our large dining table hosts enough space to enjoy a meal with the whole family, comfy living room seating to watch the game on the 55" flat screen, or read a book and relax. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need!

During the warmer season, relax at our lower level outdoor living space with covered deck and lawn area. Host a bbq with our park style grill and picnic tables or just take in the senic views! The private lake is accessible from the rear of the property where you can enjoy such activities as swimming, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. We provide our guests with kayaks, a canoe, and light tackle to use during your stay.

The lower level of this home features a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and game room- perfect to accommodate guests who may not be able to use the stairs with ease.

The game room is the perfect place for kids, old and young to hang out. The game room features an airhockey table, WII game system, as well as board games and cards. This room also features two sleeper sofas, to accomidate sleeping arrangements for larger parties.

The beautiful custom made and unique staircase is sure to catch your eye, when visiting the upper level of this home.

Upstairs you will find a stunning and private master suit. The master suit features a beautiful king size four post bed, private full bathroom and sitting space with additional sleeper sofa. Here you will enjoy some of the most breathtaking sunsets over the lake from your private deck.

Our second floor also features a bunk room, both bunks with trundles- to accomidate 6 kids, and a beautiful double queen room.

This home boasts beautiful wood floors throughout and lower living space and both decks are equipted with multimedia speaker systems to enjoy. Each bedroom has their own television, and in our living room we offer DVR- so you never miss a thing! WIFI is also included, with great coverage , for those guests who need to work while away.

Area visitors enjoy an array of activities Hunter Mountain has to offer year round, including Skiing/ Festivals/ Hiking/ Fishing/ Swimming/ Snowmobiling/ Weddings and more!

This property was perfect for our Friends and Family Hunter ski weekend. The location is just minutes to both the main lodge entrance as well as the back entrance. The house is very spacious and comfortable for our larger group. We had some snow and enjoyed our evenings after skiing toasting smores at the bonfire. The family room space was prefect to play games as well as watch the football playoff games. I would totally recommend this property!

Group of beginners went for skiing. While conditions on the mountain weren’t ideal this weekend, we were very pleased with the accommodation. It was spacious, clean, and so close to the slopes.

Girls Weekend

We had a perfectly relaxing weekend! Between the water, the fire pit, two decks and open living/dining/kitchen our large group of 12 were all able to be together without ever feeling crowded. The location of the house was ideal. Several of the girls talked about returning to the house in the winter due the proximity to the town and mountain! Thank you for a great stay!

I visited this property with a group of friends. The house itself was very clean and spacious. The owners were quick to respond to any of our questions. Only knocking off a star because there was no cleared area for us to hang near the lake.

Beautiful House So Close to Hunter Mtn!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this property, and it is a perfect house for a ski weekend at Hunter Mountain! The house is SO close to the base of Hunter, just a quick few minutes in the car, and the property is fantastic. Bill and Nicole are awesome hosts, so easy to communicate with and super helpful! The home is so clean, and has wonderful space/layout. The bedrooms are spacious, plenty of room for the kids (they loved the bunkbed room!) and the game room with air hockey table is a huge bonus! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family getaway

The property was large, nice, and clean in a great location for outdoor activities. Hosts were pleasant to work with and always available to answer questions ahead of time and help once we arrived. There only thing we would suggest is to state in the listing that there are bears in the area in case people but from the area are not aware. One walked through the yard in the daytime and we think we heard one trying to get into the dumpster overnight. Fortunately at both times, all of us were inside. Overall we were very happy and would highly recommend!

Used and tired.

The place was used a tired. Cheap mattress, linens and pillows, brown towels that smelt like mildew. No gas grill. Broken couch we couldn’t sit in. Pans, cutlery, were cheap and gross. Two wine glasses for 4 adults. Walkway and the driveway and patios were sheets of ice with no salt or sand make the walk to the charcoal bbq a challenge. For the price, it was not worth it.

This home was perfect for a group getaway! The group of us spent most of our time outside in the yard and by the lake. There was plenty of room for activities and places to sit and hangout. We utilized the picnic tables and grills they had to offer. On the lake there was a nice area for us to sit as well. Would strongly recommend staying here for any large group of friends and family!

My family and I rented this house for a ski weekend and it was great! Communication with the owners was wonderful, they were really helpful with any questions we had and were so willing to help with anything we needed. The house was very clean and spacious, and the game room was an added bonus for the little kids (who loved the air hockey table and the Wii!). There was plenty of space and the bedrooms were all a really nice size and more spacious even than the pictures could show. We had a wonderful stay here!

Family vacation in Hunter, NY

My family and I enjoyed our vacation in Hunter, New York very much. The house was spacious, clean, very close to Hunter Lake, in a very quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view of Hunter Mountain and a nice-sized lawn for the children. We had plenty of space for our family of 13, which ranged in age from two senior citizens to a three year old. We appreciated that linens, two kayaks and a canoe were supplied. We enjoyed our evenings by the fire pit, after a day of swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, canoeing, hiking, sightseeing, playing games, and just spending time together as a family. We had a fantastic week!

Fun Family Getaway Homs

This house was awesome! My family and two of our close family friends and their families were able to live comfortably at the home with us. There was plenty of room. The small lake was perfect for kayaking and swimming for our children. Very close to hiking, fishing, and other towns to investigate. We truly enjoyed this home.
