However, we're truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with towels, cleanliness, and linens. We hate to learn about these concerns after your stay, as we have on-site maintenance and a cleaning team available who could have quickly resolved them for you. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we encourage all guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly address any needs. Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our maintenance team responded right away to address your concerns. The water you saw in the closet was not a bathroom leak, but condensation caused by one thermostat set to 64°F and another to 74°F. Once we corrected the settings, the issue was resolved. We provided a bucket as a precaution in case the thermostats were reset again by you or your guest. Regarding the restroom, our maintenance team inspected it and found no issues as stated above the leak was due to operator's error with the thermostats. As for the frog, the property is located by the lake where wildlife is common, and it’s possible it entered through an open door, and no report of the frog was mentioned until you had already checked out of the property. We strive to keep our home clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and we regret that your stay didn’t meet expectations, and we were not willing to bargain with you for a refund after you came up with "other issues" upon check out. Feedback is always appreciated; however, your review is not in line with the hundreds of 5 stars review we receive for this location.
