The property was as advertised. Very reasonable, very spacious it had everything you needed and more. Very close to everything. The place was spotless. The only slightly negative was it only had 1 tv. I would consider booking there again.

We loved the place and had a great stay! Faith made herself available to us, always within a reasonable amount of time, whenever we had a question. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook. The balcony was such a nice feature too and we took advantage of it! Highly recommend a stay here!

This home is close to the Tanger outlets and many wonderful restaurants. It is situated in a location that makes it to travel to various beaches nearby. Rehoboth Beach in a short ride and you can go to Ocean City Maryland within a two hour journey. The property is very clean and the outside gardens are lovely.

The property is in a lovely setting, a gated community which appears well kept and is very peaceful. A short drive to shops, restaurants and a very nice beach area of Rehoboth. The property itself would comfortably accommodate 6 people so for the two of us we had more than enough room. It has all the amenities required for a very pleasant stay and I can’t say there was anything missing for us.Communication with the host was a bit slow at times and we did get some mixed messages but nothing that was a problem for us.Would we stay again if in the area, then definitely yes.

Our host, Faith, was wonderful. Excellent communication throughout with clear instructions provided. The condo was spotless and our bed was comfortable. This condo is in a great location; quiet neighborhood away from main roads, but close to everything. In addition, the community is clean and well maintained. It was just the two of us this trip, but hoping to return with extended family next time. We were impressed!

This condo is amazing. It is well maintained and looked better in person than the photos describe. It’s a great layout for a group or family. My only reason for not giving it a full five star is we weren’t prepared for the stairs leading up to the condo. It’s on the second floor and two small sets of wooden stairs made carrying our stuff in quite a hassle. But everything else was great. Would stay again!

The rental was exactly as described. The host was amazing. She provided all types of area information and was responsive to all our questions. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The condo itself, felt like home. We really enjoyed the sunroom; it was a wonderful place to have a cup of coffee or unwind. The surrounding area was very peaceful and clean. We will definitely choose this condo if we return to the area.
