Although technically located in Lewes, this 3 bedroom second floor condo lets you enjoy all the amenities of Rehoboth Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes Beach, the Bike Trails and the Outlets.

Schellvllle is open wth ice skating, indoor tent with food and drinks, snow tubing, shopping maze etc. It gets crowded so get there early. Our gated community is located just behind the Route 1 outlets in Tax Free Delaware. Rehoboth Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, and Lewes Beach are less than 4 miles from your door. I often go for a leisurely 2 mile walk in the morning on the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk while the kids are still asleep. Our biking trails are wonderful! Twenty mIles of sand dunes, ocean front, old army bunkers and lakes for our wildlife. The Gordon's Pond/Lewes Bike 25 mile loop is 5 - 8 minutes from the condo behind the Tanger Outlets. We love this beach for the family friendly atmosphere. We have been letting our twins walk the Boardwalk since they have been in their young teens. Friends and families have been coming for years. It is one of the safest beaches I have ever been on. Dolphins swim south all sumner and in the early Fall in both the morning and early afternoon. Winter weekends have something special from Schellville, Jazz Festival, and ice sculpting.. Lewes Beach (3 miles) has much calmer waves and is good for the younger children. You can literally drive up to the beach. Whether you are looking for fabulous restaurants, want to search for sea glass, or are a golfer, our community offers a wide variety of choices. The Cape May Ferry is also convenient for those of you who want to experience a Victorian town and watch the dophins. This condo offers 3 bedrooms with new queen beds in all of the rooms with a complete set of linens provided. The appliances have also been replaced and the condo painted. The outdoor porch wraps around from the master bedroom to the kitchen. It is a beautiful place to sit and relax and read a book. TV (Netflix, Disney Plus) and fast WiFi are provided along with 2 full baths. Beach and personal towels, beach umbrellas, balls, board games and other assorted beach toys are available for your use. Cook in a full kitchen with an electric oven/stove, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. All appliances have been updated. There is also an iron and ironing board. The condo is exceedingly quiet due to the nature of the gated community. Children are always welcome and there is plenty of room to watch them play soccer outside your window. Fishing on the East Plantation requires no fishing license. There is a fishing pole in the storage area.
