We absolutely loved our stay. The views are amazing. The home was clean and the area is quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay again, if it is an option.

host was very quickly responsive to any and all needs.It is a house made for the beach, just off the island and within minutes of everything you need. except for a small kitchen there is plenty of room in the house, even if full. off street covered parking . Fenced in yard and they allow big dogs.

Was not as clean as had hoped. Dirty freezer, dirty stained carpet on steps and upstairs, the pictures were deceiving. Out door grill was filthy, tried to wipe down as best as possible. Had no gas propane. We rented this place over others because of the kayaks in picture. No seats or adult life jackets for use. We complained and were told they would take care of it and never did. Bathroom upstairs constantly had to be plunged. Missing towels and no broom (broom finally found in shed last day) with a pile of dirty laundry in shed. When we arrived it was pouring down rain and there were no rugs inside the door so everything got tracked inside the room. A mess we cleaned up with our beach towels. Wish we could have enjoyed it more and at least caught a fish but not even a bite. Sorry

Great stay in Surf City

The house was a great find for our trip to visit family in Surf City. It had plenty of room for our family including our dogs, who loved the fenced in yard (with a gorgeous view)! Amenities were well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous stay in coastal carolina

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful rental on the water. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, kayaking, and a few fun beach days. We were able to rent an additional kayak from Topsail Surf and Cycle which they delivered straight to the rent

Beautiful location

Near by everything like grocery stores, restaurants, beach and seafood market. Friendly environment, clear ocean, white sands no shells.

Short family trip

We enjoyed our stay at this very pretty property! Able to fish off the back dock and then head right over the bridge to the pier, beach and a very nice kid-friendly park with playground. The house had everything we needed for a weekend getaway.

Nice place

Easy check-in and out. Responsive hosts. The place is cute and my dog liked the fenced yard. Beach access is quick. Hope to be back.

Family fun weekend

We had a fun filled weekend getaway with family! The location of the house was excellent! The views were amazing and the dock in the back was spectacular. It was perfect for a laid back weekend enjoying what the coast has to offer. The house was the perfect size for our family. We had 4 adults and two kids, and the beds were probably some of the comfiest beds I've slept in at a vacation home in awhile. The only complaint that I had was the size of the kitchen. It was too small for two people to cook in at the same time. As well as some creepy crawlers that were in the kitchen. Great stay over all!

Very cute cottage

This home was decorated just as you would hope for a beach vacation. However, the listing stated it slept 10 with 3 bed & 3 bath. Upon arrival we found there was only two bathrooms (listing since updated I believe). The lower level had a PTAC cooling unit (like a hotel room) which was not able to cool the 1st floor bedroom. There was a desk top fan pointed at the upper bunk in that room but did little to cool the room. The dock in the back along with the fenced yard was great, the view of the ICW and bridge was great.

Turtles view vacation

The bad: The room with the bunk beds got so hot the kids could not sleep in it. The television’s and remotes were confusing and did not work properly. A very tiny kitchen with no dishwasher. The mattress in the upstairs bedroom was HORRIBLE. The provided kayaks were missing a paddle and not in good condition. Carpets were badly stained. Cleanliness overall was fair.The good: loved the location. The dock and fenced yard were very nice. The carport in the front yard was a convenient touch. Communication with the management company was very good, they even took the trash out for us on garbage day!

The fenced yard was great. We loved sitting on the dock. The dock was my favorite part. The beds were comfortable. There were a few concerns I had and I sent the hosts a message about those. Hopefully they can get some updates and repairs done as well as sprucing up the outdoor space. All in all it was a good stay.
