We had an incredible stay at this beautifully renovated, peaceful lakefront property! Located in a quiet no-wake zone, it features a huge yard, a gorgeous dock (with a resident turtle!), and beautiful nighttime lighting complete with dazzling lightnin' bugs. The owner was incredibly thoughtful, leaving a welcome basket and coffee, and making sure we had local contact info for anything we needed. The SUPs and kayaks and firepit were a fantastic bonus.Tip for pet owners: There’s a convenient outdoor shower to wash off the red clay from the shoreline, in case you have a swimmer. (We used spare sheets to protect the beautiful white couch). Additionally, keep an eye on your pup since the yard is unfenced and a lot of deer visit at dawn and dusk! Highly recommend!

Such a Beautiful, clean and spacious house, with very comfortable beds. An amazing atmosphere on the lake, especially at sunset. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. This house was super clean and exceeded our expectations. We just needed a place to stay while our hardwoods were being redone and it turned into a great mini vacation. We loved the open living area, flat lot and brand new dock. Don’t pass on home… it’s clearly a winner!

We had such an amazing stay here. From the moment we walked in, the home felt warm, welcoming, and extremely well cared for. Everything was impeccably clean — not just the obvious areas, but every detail down to the fresh towels, crisp bedding, and overall presentation of the home. You can truly tell the hosts take pride in making this a special experience for their guests.The welcome basket filled with goodies was such a thoughtful touch and immediately made us feel at home. There were also so many little details throughout the house that made it stand out from other places we’ve stayed. Even simple things were done with care and attention, which made the stay feel more personal and high-end.The pictures honestly do not do this property justice. The views were absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful. We spent time relaxing and watching cranes and geese nearby, which added so much to the calm atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind and disconnect for a few days.Unfortunately, we were rained out during much of our trip, but even with the weather, we still had an amazing time because the home itself was so comfortable and enjoyable to be in. It was one of those places where you genuinely didn’t mind spending extra time indoors because the space was so cozy and relaxing.The hosts were also super kind and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and care that went into this home. We would absolutely stay her

Newly renovated , clean, a little disappointed that there was no Pontoon boat as listed, ice maker didn’t work and dryer didn’t work and outside is still under construction. We were playing some music , not loud at all at 7pm and neighbor asked us to turn it down

Beautifully renovated home w brand new dock

The home was spacious for our family of four. The kids loved fishing and jumping off the dock. The home/dock is located down a quiet cove with no wake. We had no issues with the neighbors. The porch was nice to relax and sip coffee, play board games and eat dinner. The porch fans kept the air moving and bugs away. The owner provided boating rental suggestions ahead of our trip and responded to questions timely once we checked in. It was nice to have linens and beach towels. The home is located close to grocery and restaurants as well as 5 minute drive to boat rentals. We would recommend to friends!

An Amazing July 4th Weekend on the Lake!!

We had an absolutely incredible time at this home on Lake Norman. We were a group of 6 women in our thirties (plus 1 dog) and we booked this home for a long weekend, two nights, July 4th-6th. It didn’t disappoint! The backyard is HUGE! Lots of room and grass for dogs. There’s a grill, a fire pit, a large dock, and 6 Adirondack chairs. There’s a nice deck off the back of the house with fans and furniture as well. The inside of the home is beautiful and renovated. The bed in the bedroom off the back deck is AMAZING. The most comfortable bed ever - mattress, sheets, pillows, etc. I want that exact bed in my home! The hostess was amazing - very communicative, responded quickly, super helpful and kind. She even left us a basket full of goodies! There’s a keurig with k-cups and lots of silverware and cups to use. Huge driveway that can fit several cars. And that view!!! Such a great spot on the lake. We spent most of our time outside. Restaurants are about 10 mins away. We loved this home and will definitely be back!! Highly recommend.

We had a very relaxing , enjoyable weekend. The house was beautiful, the weather was beautiful and would definitely go back again! The dogs had a great time as well , one even paddle boarded for the first time and loved it!

We are basic natives living here since 1995 longest place we’ve ever lived! Mooresville caught our heart. The small town charm and beautiful lake with a quiet street yet close to the big city of Charlotte! Two hours from the mountains and 3-4 from the beach it’s the perfect place to live. .
