About this property

Chalet rétro. Avec Spa

** the chalet is in a family neighborhood, so it`s important to keep the place quiet. Parties are strictly forbidden**.

Nice little retro cottage, but very well maintained over the years.

The chalet is great for a small family or a get-together with friends.

It`s close to many activities, whatever the season.

Large lot with no neighbors to the right or rear.

15 minutes from Montcalm ski and slides.

10 minutes from the Ouareau forest, the entrance to the massif.

The house has three bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living room. The dining room is off the kitchen.

There are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is a children`s room with a slide-out bed. There is a second single bed that rolls out below the slide-out bed.

There`s a 3-season solarium that`s comfortable and well-appointed for enjoying the outdoors without the mosquitoes.

The Spa is available year-round.

You have access to the entire house.

Hot tub.

Well-equipped kitchen.

Wifi, chrome cast.

Board games.

Indoor and outdoor fireplaces.

The grounds are large and perfect for outdoor play.

Les planchers et les fenetres etaient tres sales et malpropre en particulier pour un petit bebe qui se promène sur le sol. Fourmis mortes dans les fenetres.
