** Note: The chalet is located next to a road so there is potential for road noises. **
House Rules: *Fees will be charged if any of these rules are broken*

- Dogs only allowed if they are 100% potty trained to do their business outside and house trained to not bite or scratch furniture.
- Owner of dog is responsible to make sure their dog does not potty on or near our balconies, hot tub, fire pit areas.
- Owner of dog is responsible to pick up all dog feces, tie small doggy bags and throw them away in outdoor garbage bin located in front of our private property road.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property (including vapes/Shisha)
- Events and Large groups Not allowed
- Must be 6 adults maximum
- Unregistered guests not allowed
- Any excessive mess or damage done to the property will result in extra fees, please let us know right away if something got damaged during your stay, we are much more understanding to honest people rather than finding out by surprise right after your stay.
- Fireworks Not allowed
- Keep noise at a respectful level
- No noises between 11pm and 8am
- Please remove shoes in the house
- No parking vehicle inside the garage (strictly to store any items if needed)
