First VRBO I have ever had issues with

The room was very dirty. Used wet towels were still hanging up. Hair trimmings everywhere including pubic hair. Hot water runs out and couldn't even fill the tub 1/4 of the way. I messaged the owner and told him all of this and that I wasn't going to leave a bad review, because I know things get missed but he just emailed a basic checkout message. He had nothing to say about the message I sent. He also offered us a 12pm checkout for an additional $25. They obviously don't care. He had a chance to make it right and didn't. I will not stay here again.
