The two bedroom townhouse on two floors sleeps 4 peoples and has all the amenities available for an outstanding family holiday. The cottage has a full kitchen, small dining room area, large bathroom with a jacuzzi and small powder room. The living room is ideal for relaxing and watching TV (HD, Cable and VCR) in front of the fireplace.

The large balcony has a BBQ and patio table with 6 chairs. This charming cottage is located on a quiet cul de sac.

We had a great 3 day stay at the cottage. The location was really good, only a couple mins drive to the ski village. Everything was as described in the listing. Check-in instructions came well in advance and were very clear and made things easy.

Charming Cottage Close to the Slopes

The cottage is nicely laid out with a beautiful deck. It is very close to Mont Tremblant which makes for an easy vacation. The kitchen has everything you could need. We hope to be back soon!

Location is key

The main plus is certainly location. Situated close to the mont-tremblant beachAnd only a few minutes of walk from the village.The minus is that it is a bit old.But for the price paid i am totaly fine with it.

Let me correct you, the cottage is in a private resort with its own private beach, 4 tennis courts, and a large beautiful heated pool. The cottage is not brand new but very clean, fully equipped and with a large new deck. You go on to say that you were good with the price therefore it is dishonest to give it a 3 star review.

This is ridiculous, I explained to him that my cleaning lady fell sick and I needed to find a new one at the last minute. Then I was nice enough to credit him back the entire cleaning fee. This is just malicious, I have never had this in 25 years of renting my cottage.

Ski get away

We are familiar with the Tremblant area and this property is an ideal location if not staying on the hill. It is a short Uber ride to go go back and forth.The property is clean and spacious. Would definitely return.

Condo was as advertised. Spacious and kitchen well equipped. Very short ride to Trembalnt south side parking lots made it ideal for skiing. Great experience and would recommend.

Fun with family

It was very nice! My only suggestions would be to upgrade comforters and pillow occasionally and get rid of wall to wall carpet. People just don’t care for things they you would and wall to wall carpet is not forgiving! Other than that it was great! Very spacious! Close to everything. I will say it had the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on!!

Great Experience

We are seasoned renters in Tremblant, been doing it for 20 years. Richard's place was one of our best experiences. The location is great. It felt private, yet it is walking distance to the village. The unit is well equipped, there really was nothing missing. The deck is huge which is a real plus. The property could use a refresh, but we overlooked this and enjoyed the amenities, the location and the privacy. The place was very clean. Would definitely rent there again. Richard, our host, was awesome too. Great communication !

C’est commentaires ne sont pas honnête car les meubles extérieur sont en bonne conditions et les divans dates de 2021. La seule fenêtre qui est défectueuse est celle de la deuxième chambre.

Le logement est très bien situé et de bonne dimension. Il est bien équipé mais il manque d’entretien. Le ménage laisse à désirer. Il y avait de la saleté sur la table du salon. Dans la salle de bain du 2e étage, le miroir n’avait pas été nettoyé et il y avait de l’eau sale dans le lavabo. De plus, le drain fonctionnait mal. Les serviettes pêle-mêle dans les armoires des salles de bain. Les débarbouillettes tellement minces qu’elles seraient à jeter tout simplement.

Beau séjour au Pinoteau

Le condo est tel que décrit avec les chambres à l'étage ce qui nous a plus. La terrasse est spacieuse mais pas facile de garder le mobilier extérieur propre car les arbres sont très proches et beaucoup d'insectes. Le condo est bien équipé, il ne manquerait que des ciseaux de cuisine et un séchoir à linge pliant. Tout était propre sauf les 2 ventilateurs. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et la plage. Bref un beau séjour et nous envisageons renouveler mais j'aimerais bien pouvoir donner un dépôt seulement et ne pas payer la totalité 1 an d'avance.
