Great Neighbourhood. Newly renovated place. great for Travellers or guests visiting family. The property does not have a parking spot so its good for people visiting. People like the golf courses nearby.

The living room has a red couch that faces a wall mounted TV that will comfortably seat 2 people. The office has a long quartz desk in its own little area to focus.

The best way to get around is an uber or public transit.

Unfortunately there is no parking at the property at the moment.
This is a basement unit so sounds from upstairs are unavoidable. There is sound proofing above the bedroom but expect some normal levels of audible movement from above.
