Great stay

Had a four night stay. House was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was great to have and relax in. House was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and grilling which was a huge plus. Overall we had a great stay and will hopefully be back soon.

The property manager was really attentive

We loved the house it has everything a heating pool, bbq, lovely social area, everything was clean!! And the manager Jorge was really accessible and attentive, he cleared all our doubts and answer immediately! We are so happy we are definitely recommending it and we are going to come back for sure!

Very nice place!

Everything was as advertised, Clean, well stocked, great beach equipment. Nice pool and furniture. Quiet safe neighborhood, less than 15 minutes to most anyplace we wanted to go.We would and may go back!

Relaxing stay in Naples

We enjoyed relaxing by the heated pool. At night we turned on the under water light that changed colors. Absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Great gas grill. Convenient location with multiple parks nearby that are great for walking.

Lacrosse trip

The property was absolutely perfect for our family! We felt like we were just at home! The heated pool was amazing, grill and all the amenities. We would recommend this house for anyone, especially families!

Great place for a getaway to Naples

This house was great for us with our two kids. The pool was fun with it's revolving lights, and overall light setup for night time swimming. The outdoor seating area was great to eat breakfast and a work space. We loved that we were around 5 to 10 mins from Old Naples and all the good food. The house came with great gear for the beach, with several chair options, and a good umbrella. Thanks!

Great vacation spot

Clean home with everything you need for the stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful for evenings by the pool. Was close enough to do everything you wanted to in Naples without having the downtown hustle and bustle. Great house, great stay.

Amazing home!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this property! It was clean, cozy, in a great neighborhood! The pool was great and enough to entertain the family! Close to the beaches and downtown Naples! We will definitely come back!!

Naples Perfect

The property was just as listed. We loved it. Clean, spacious, great pool. Tv room was very cozy too. One note for dog owners, there is a backyard but it is not fenced in so you will have to be out in the yard with your dog. This does not keep me from giving 5 Stars for this property.

The home was clean and just as described. Our teenagers enjoyed the heated pool. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, including the coffee. Communication with owner was timely and helpful. We would stay again!

Peaceful stay in a laid back neighborhood

Location is in a laid back area without much traffic which was great for morning walks and biking. House was spacious and well equipped. Pool area was awesome. Close to the beach, shopping and only a few minutes to grocery store. The host was responsive and even proactively texted prior to check in to make sure we had the codes and info.

cozy home

My family of 4 (parents and 2 children) stayed here for 10 days. We were in Naples for my sons youth football nationals and were very happy and comfortable during our stay. Clean and felt like home. Property manager was attentive and contacted us during our stay in case we needed anything. Location was perfect! No traffic and close to the beach and sports complex as well as shopping centers! Looking forward to staying there next year again!

Met all our needs

We stayed for several days with a pet and the home was very accommodating and comfortable. Plenty of supplies for whatever we might have needed. Enjoyed time relaxing in the pool. Quick communication with the owner to answer a question. Definitely recommend.

Highly Recommend

My wife and I only stayed for two nights. But is fully set up for a long stay. It would be perfect for a family with young kids had scooters, boogie boards and other stuff for them. Supply clean all kinds of little extras, towels for house pool and beach, all the kitchen equipment you could need. Newly remodeled. We were very happily surprised with it and would absolutely stay there again.

What a Gem

I truly hate to leave a good review because it's going to make reserving this house difficult. It was perfect for us. The kitchen had great pans and knives, once we figured out the lighting and fans they were great for keeping the air off most of the time. We had two small hiccups, one with the internet which Jorge got fixed immediately and one with the pool because the pool guy broke something but Jorge kept us up to date on the corrections and we only lost 1 day of the pool, so we went to the beach! Other than that, the house is great.

Nice!

This is a very nice property, and reasonably priced. We stayed over Thanksgiving holiday, for a week with our grandchildren and our pet. We have stayed over the years from Southeast Florida to SW Florida to Pennsylvania vacation homes, for a short stay for us it was accommodating to visit great Wolf Lodge and close by beaches, communication with the owner was excellent! Just a few things the pool was listed as being heated, but was not working, most places that we stayed would have the pool running and heated when we would get there communication was open with the owner and he was attentive to our needs, so during our stay we were not able to use the pool, also there is only one TV throughout the house it would be nice to have an extra one in the bedrooms , also it is a pet friendly house which is really nice when we did take our pet out to go to the bathroom there was a lot of dog dirt left over and dried up in the grass areas we cleaned ours up immediately.. we stayed busy and there were a lot of games, and quiet time. The owner will always get back to you when you text him which is a huge plus! It is in a great area close by to everything! Thank you for opening up your home to us!

Nice Vacation House -Warm Pool!

Very nice place to vacation in Naples. Nice heated pool and outdoor area. House was clean with many basic supplies provided. Great kitchen appliances. Great beach chairs and umbrella provided. We would definitely stay there again.
