2 Bedroom Semi detached Villa for Family/Couples Holiday or Long Term Rental
Kevin & Susan Lamb
About Kevin & Susan Lamb
We are the Lamb family from Wasaga Beach, Ontario, Canada. For many years our family operated a beach-side cottage resort called Landmark on the Beach located on the gorgeous shores of Georgian Bay. We enjoyed helping people make their summer beach vacations awesome. We still own a beachfront cottage and love sharing it with family and friends. As Canadians, we use our local cottage only during the summer months. Wouldn't it be wonderful, we asked ourselves, to take advantageous of beautiful summer weather all year long? We christened our Caribbean 'cottage' Little Landmark in honor of our mum who created our family business and all those cottage memories. We love visiting Little Landmark where we are making new memories with a new generation of Lambs. What St. Lucia memories will you take home with you?
Kevin & Susan Lamb purchased this Villa in 2013
Why Kevin & Susan Lamb chose Villas on the Green
After we visited St. Lucia, we fell in love with this beautiful country—a small island that gave us a big welcome! When the opportunity to purchase a new condo from the builder came along in Villas on the Green, we jumped at the chance to own a piece of paradise. We use our Caribbean getaway for one month every winter. We rent a car (really affordable and easy to arrange) and divide our time between touring the island, playing golf, enjoying the nightlife, and just being beach bums. The rest of the year, we offer this beautiful condo to you as your own Caribbean home away from home.
What makes this Villa unique
The experience of a staying at a luxury Caribbean resort is like none other—but so is the price! And, no matter how luxurious, you have the inevitable limitations of hotel life. Little Landmark combines the conveniences of home with the advantages of a resort. At Little Landmark, you can spend all day on the same fantastic beaches enjoyed by resort guests (there are no private beaches in St. Lucia)—you can even use your guest membership at Cap Maison Resort and enjoy the same perks—and then return to your spacious town house with all the comforts and conveniences of home: kitchen with quality appliances such as full fridge with ice maker, oven, deluxe blender, and microwave. There are several grocery stores in Rodney Bay stocked with familiar staples, gourmet items, and Caribbean favourites (a bottle of banana ketchup goes home with us every time we visit!). The Rodney Bay area also sports lots of great restaurants to try on the beach, downtown, and at the marina overlooking the busy port. The Chinese restaurant does take-away and the Domino’s Pizza delivers to the condo. After a day exploring the island, buy groceries or grab take out—serve a gourmet supper at a well-appointed table or eat in front of the TV—enjoy twilight cocktails on the private balcony or read in bed with the Caribbean breeze and a cup of tea. Rise early for your day trip to the Pitons by private taxi (so affordable, ask us!) or sleep in and surf the internet over coffee. Condo vacations represent the best of both worlds, combining the wonders and indulgences of being on holiday with the pleasures, conveniences, and affordability of home.

Beautiful villa in a prime location
We had a lovely stay here on the week of our wedding. The villa is beautiful, with incredibly tranquil views from the master room and the living room. We felt very secure there with friendly security and staff. We would like to return in the near future.
Perfect base to explore St Lucia from. Can’t recommend highly enough.
A wonderful villa exactly as described. We’re a family of 5 and the villa was perfect for our needs. Debbie was amazing and made some great recommendations and Kevin was always on hand to answer questions before we arrived.
I’d suggest a hire car is a must, this allowed us to explore all of the places we wanted to check out and Little Landmark was perfectly located to do all of this from.
We used the municipal pool every day either before or after the beach and our children loved it, nearly as much as they loved sitting in the small pool on the back garden to cool off.
Can’t recommend this villa highly enough and absolutely nothing negative to say at all.
great family and a wonderfull review. thank you so much
Lovely villa had everything you need and the fly screens were a lovely surprise!
The villa is lovely equipped with everything needed, the grounds and swimming pool are very well kept. The only slight niggle was the water pressure in bathrooms but having visited many Caribbean islands that’s not unusual and we never ran out of hot water. Everything ran smooth with the booking, arrival and departure. I would highly recommend the property, very safe, secure and well managed and after a hectic day it’s a quiet oasis to return to. We had a late return flight and the villa was booked after us so Kevin recommended the Harbour club in Rodney Bay where you can purchase a day pass, which made for a perfect last day. We used Cosmopolitan car rentals on Kevin’s recommendation, they also provided our airport transfers, excellent service.
great review, it is muchly appreciated. thank you.
Great spot to explore the island from!
Great property! Well maintained and exactly as advertised. Situated in a fantastic area and only a 10 minute drive to Rodney Bay and about 25 minute drive to vibrant Castries. Debbie was amazing and a great source of information. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Kevin!!
Fantastic! Thanks for the kind praise. We do try our best.
Beautiful island and villa
Four of us stayed here 31st January to 11th February 2019. Kevin was always helpful and quick to respond, from enquiry to post booking. The villa is beautiful, in a lovely location and the St Lucian people are very friendly and welcoming.
We chose Little Landmark at Villas on the Green as we were in need of a quiet, relaxing, self-catering holiday, spending time in the pools and on the private patio. The description and reviews were great and if you are out each day exploring and spending days on the beach, as per the previous guys’ February review, you will enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, our experience was spoilt by the current redevelopment of the golf course next to the villa. They were working 6 days a week on the land and holes opposite Little Landmark and heavy plant machinery was passing along an access track on the course, adjacent to the garden, patio and pools. When we spoke with the overall Condiminium Manager, her understanding was the work is likely to take 18 months in total, but she does not have a schedule. Although the ongoing development is out of any villa owners’ control, I do believe we should have been made aware before our arrival, that there was the possibility of some construction work on the course. I also think a temporary note on the website’s advertisement/description would be a good idea. If the access currently in use changes, or the work moves further away from Little Landmark, the situation should improve.
There are some beautiful beaches close by if you want to spend your time there. You will need a car or taxi, as the nearest walkable beach at Cas en Bas has an issue with large mounds of Sargassum seaweed, both on the beach and in the ocean. This is an ongoing problem along some Eastern shorelines of the Caribbean and North America.
As previous guests have mentioned, if you shower after lunch on a lovely day the water is warm, but even when it is sunny the water is cold in the morning when you get up. After the first few days we reported the cold water to Debbie, Kevin’s Manager and she came and resolved the situation.
Initially we had hoped the noise and disruption on the golf course would improve after a couple of days. When it did not, we complained to Debbie who contacted Kevin. We were not offered the option of moving, but compensation was paid immediately on our return from holiday.
These were lovely people and I was very happy to have them. From my own experience on Island earlier that year, I was under the impression that the golf course work was mostly done. So I was not aware of the extent of heavy construction going on. I have been informed that this work has now moved away from the villas to a different part of the course. I did not think to mention the sea weed as much of the time this beach is quite usable. It is unfortunate that a increase in the severity just happened to coinside with this particular vist. I have since modified my add on homeaway.
Again, so very sorry for all the inconvenience. As always Debbie and I try very hard to make a great experience for all guests.
Just Loved it!
Thanks Kevin for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful condo. Once we arrived after a long day of travel your place was a breath of fresh air, Deb met us at the Marina and followed her up a windy road in the dark and was very happy when we saw the condo and complex. By the way Deb is a rock star, such a nice lady great to have her there if any problems. I thought maybe I made a mistake booking a place not on the water but up in the mountains but after a day of fun and sun on the beach or on a boat tour or experiencing the entire island it was nice to get away from it all Villas on the Greens.
We cooked in a lot, great grocery store Massey close by but the one in Rodney Bay at the mall was the best.
The beds where great, the kitchen was great everything was great love this place and would be back, nowhere else I would go , and we went everywhere on the island and saw a lot of resorts but Villas on the Greens is our kind of place. Very clean as well and my wife is very fussy about that kind of stuff and it got 5 stars on that subject. The only negative and it is really not a negative is the water never gets hot, it is solar powered so in the afternoon it is the hottest and mornings are cold but got good at 2 minute showers plus it is hot there all the time so it really is no big deal.
Try the naked fisherman for lunch and dinner, it is amazing on the beach in a private cove, unreal and Reel Deal Boat tours to the Pitons, mud baths, they take you everywhere and are just so fun, find them at Pigeon Island beach , the best time, beers and Rum on the power boat is great as well.
Thanks again, we will be back.
The is terrific. So glad for a great holliday. Thank you very much for the fabulous review.
Villas on the Green 'Little Landmark' is a beautiful Caribbean style house located in the resedential area of Cap Estate. This recent luxury development has exceptional views of the St. Lucia Golf Course, and is a few minutes' walk to the unspoiled beach of Cas en Bas, and the serenity and comfort of a home away from home.
