You'll have the perfect place to recharge for work, or call home while you’re in the city 💎The laundry room has a full size washer, and gas dryer with a private entrance. The bedrooms are luxuriously decorated with custom shutters to control sunlight for perfect sleep, ceiling fans with controlled lighting, comfortable cotton bedding, and mattresses, dresser draws, reading lamps, ample closet space, central air, and heating throughout the house. The bathrooms are aesthetically appealing with good lighting, fans, vanity sinks, drawers (storage) mirrors, tubs/walk-in showers, towel racks, luxury white hotel towels. The Master bedroom has a sunken tub, separate walk-in shower. The couches recline, because why not? You'll find everything you need for a comfortable work trip, vacation with the family, or long term rental while you house hunt in the area.
This space can easily accommodate a group of adults, seniors (roomy ground floor bedroom), families of mixed ages, travel nurses, and it's military and aero-space friendly. We can't wait to host you!

I'm a long time resident of the Antelope Valley and I enjoy spending time in the desert, beach, and mountains. My passion is helping others and I work in the Medical and Government Sectors. Making guests feel at home is my number one priority. I have a large family, so I understand the importance of little conveniences that go a long way. I'm also a frequent traveler for work, so ease of getting settled in a new place is something I had in mind when designing the layout and amenities in this place.

Why they chose this property

Easy access to the highway- less than 7 mins from the 14 freeway. Centrally located. Target, Walmart, Shopping Mall, Grocery are all less than 8 minutes away (about 1.5 miles). The neighborhood is quiet and does not have a lot of traffic. The neighbors are wonderful, caring people who take care of each other.

What makes this property unique

You can view the entire valley from the backyard! It's pretty spectacular at night when everything is lit up. The backyard is also fully enclosed and inaccessible from the outside (without a gate code), so children are safe to freely roam without the fear of wandering off. There are no vegetation or wildlife hazards there either. The only "wildlife" that visits the backyard are the occasional desert lizards and a neighborhood cat.
