Beautiful & Spacious 2 Bedroom Suite
This beautiful suite is styled and furnished to give you maximum comfort.
The separate thermostat allows you to control the temperature to suit you. You have access to free wifi, coffee and tea supplies.
This guest suite is located in the beautiful new community of Ambleton with easy access to malls and essential amenities. 14 minutes to Calgary airport, 12 minutes drive to Crossiron mills, 20 minutes to Downtown. You can also take a drive to Banff. The space The suite comes with a living area with a beautiful white leather sectional facing the 55 inch TV that comes with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV. The bedrooms come with a queen-sized bed each. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and a shower. Towels would be provided for each guest. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to create your culinary masterpieces.
As this is a basement suite, you have your private entrance to the side of the building. Our family live on the main floor and while we took measures to soundproof the suite. Guest access There is free parking on the street.

You will have a separate entrance which is on the left side of the house. When you enter through the side door, you will have to take 10 steps down to access the suite.
You have access to the whole suite but not to the s furnace room as the room will be locked. Other things to note *No parties or events allowed *No pets allowed *No smoking *NO Drugs (including smoking Marijuana / Pot or similar) on property (in/outside) *No illegal activities *Quiet hours begins at 10pm *No visitors or unregistered guests *Please alert us if anything breaks.
