Welcome to Luxe Views Lake Home! If panoramic lake views, sprawling green lawns and direct lake access are what you’re seeking, you have found your perfect vacation home. Located on popular Lake Wissota, our thoughtfully designed home on a lovely quiet street has lake views in the back, open field views in the front AND is only ten minutes from downtown Chippewa Falls. Enjoy close by amenities including the famous Leinenkugels Lodge, Irvine Park and Zoo, Lake Wissota Golf, the Old Abe Hike and Bike Trail and more. Beautiful in all seasons, particularly the epic summers the Midwest is known for, here you will not have a shortage of outdoor activities any time of year. Come and relax in the outdoor hot tub, walk to the gorgeous Old Abe Trail, make some s’mores around the fire-pit, and enjoy good company on beautiful Lake Wissota.

Home amenities:

Plenty of space for the whole family (or two or three!) at 3400 square feet of newly renovated and decorated lake home living. Three bedrooms up plus two down, a huge game room with a pool table and bar, a childrens’ play area, office, indoor and outdoor dining, a brand new hot tub and Smart TV’s are just some of the amenities you will find here. Enjoy quality bed linens, crisp cotton sheets, natural soaps and cleaning products. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, cooking oils and spices. Bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels, and natural bath soaps and hair products. There is a plentiful amount of toys and children’s supplies to ensure those most important little ones are comfortable and entertained (which means parents are happy and relaxed!) Adults, enjoy your morning coffee on the large outdoor deck, utilize the sprawling lawn that has shaded seating, a gas grill and large fire pit, a dining table and sun loungers. Have a glass of wine at sunset on the Adirondack chairs. Private lake access is accessible via 20 steps down from the yard where you can enjoy swimming and fishing off the dock, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding or docking your own boat with us. Christmas Holiday Stay

So great to stay in a beautiful home and property on Lake Wissota as we visited family in the area. The 30 something’s in our group loved the hot tub and the 70 somethings enjoyed the beautiful views. Simply furnished with everything we needed for a 4 day stay. I’d return again in winter or summer.

Lake Wissota Rental

We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers stay over a long weekend for a family wedding in the area. The house was perfect for our stay. Just wish the weather had been better. The location was perfect and easy access to the wedding venue. Despite the weather we enjoyed the hot tub, game room in the lower level, fireplace in the upper level and loved the views out the windows of the lake. Would definitely rent this property again!
