9 Rooms. 2 of them master suites with king beds BEACH FRONT and balcony. 2 junior suites with king beds beach front. 3 junior suits with 2 queen beds with hill view, 1 with 3 beds ideal for kids with beach view in the balcony, all of them with full bathrooms. There is 1 additional room with bathrooms with no air conditioned for guest employees

Amazing staff! Everyone does their best to make sure you are taken care of. This home is stunning. You won’t regret your stay here. Make sure to book the chef, her food was the highlight of our trip!

We all had a great time at hectors house. It had amazing views with a private beach in our backyard! Each room had a private bathroom and was super nice and spacious for the two families we had staying there. Was amazing thank you!!!

The villa is beautiful, just like the pictures show. They do have a few things to change for large groups. They have an issue with hot water. We had none most of the week. They fixed it our last day, but then it was either scalding or freezing. They have 4 pool chairs and the villa accommodates 20 people, so that was an issue. There were never enough pool towels. The lighting in most of the bathrooms is bad, needing brighter lights. They need a larger area for dining and a buffet area. The chef was great, but the food was always cold because they just set it outside with nothing to keep it warm. The staff was very accommodating and did a fantastic job. The villa manager was never on site. She should be there every day to make sure things are running smoothly. I would recommend the villa, but the owner just needs to make it more accommodating for large groups.

Absolutely amazing stay in Las Terrenas!

Our group of 14 (4 families with kids ranging from 5-17) had an unforgettable vacay at Hector’s villa in Las Terrenas. The photos, both indoor and outdoor, don’t do the house justice—it’s even more awesome in person. The house has absolutely beautiful interior decor and has amazing views of the crystal blue ocean. Though a bit of a trek via rental car (1.5 hours from Santo Domingo airport on a road with many tolls) it was well worth it. The home is secure with a gate and all 4 of our rental cars parked within the property no problem. The house came with staff, Anna and Rafael, who were very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. We hired a chef for all meals during our stay, Joanna, and her cooking was so delicious. The beach felt very private and the waters were shallow and pretty calm. Everyone had fun just relaxing in the pool or the beach all day everyday. It felt like we were in our own private all-inclusive vacation. Hector was very responsive in his communications and answered our many questions leading up to our stay. Overall would highly recommend this property. We would consider coming again in a heartbeat!
