This Studio Apartment is located on the 12th floor of the Castle Beach Club Condo and has a view on Indian Creek intracoastal.
The condo offers many resort-like amenities; valet parking is INCLUDED, as well as access to the beach, pool, and tennis court.
There is also a restaurant on site, tiki bar, convenience stores, the famous Turkish and Russian Baths as well as bike rental, travel agency and shops.

The studio apartment can fit up to 5 guests, with 2 queen-size beds and a futon. There is complementary WIFI access and cable TV.

The kitchen has the essentials to prepare breakfast or a quick meals, with a double hotplate, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, fridge, dishes and kitchens utensils.

Extra linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, iron, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets.
The bathrooms includes hair dryer. We also provide amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dish soaps, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper. (For longer stays you will need to replenish).

Housekeeping is done before and after your arrival.

Laundry is located on the lower level of the building. Laundry cards are for sale next to the security desk

This condo is located at 54th and Collins avenue, in a residential area of Miami Beach. It is about 5-10 min drive to South Beach, and 25 min drive to Miami Airport. The area is quiet and family-friendly. • This property is pet friendly 25Lb max, contact us for pet security deposit ($150)

Check in is anytime after 3PM and check out is anytime before 11AM. The security to register for parking is open 24h/day. The door is equipped with a digital lock and your personal code (with detailed arrival instructions) will be sent to you a few weeks before check-in.

Great Location

Everything was exactly as advertised. We needed an early check in and late check out and the owner was very gracious. We also lost power for a little while and the owner was very responsive with that as well.

This is the first time using vrbo. I have seen your listings and they are usually great. This was terrible . I sent pic to the renter of the bathtub which was misrepresented in the vrbo listing . The tub was disgusting , dirty and full of chipped paint . The shower curtain was dirty . The room was not updated the toilet did nic flush properly. It took a half hour every time we had to drop off and pick up our car. The whole building was run down . This listing was extremely misleading . I contacted the owner tigger away and they offered 20% off a future visit . I would never rent another property from this individual company and I hope you do something about it so it doesn’t ruin your reputation. Ruined my and my husband’s vacation! Misrepresentation is serious . I very very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!

The photos in the listing accurately reflect the unit, and the bathtub shown is the original tub for the condo. As is common in many beachfront buildings of this age, the finish can show signs of wear over time, but it is professionally cleaned before every guest arrival. That said, we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and will review the items you mentioned with our maintenance and housekeeping teams. Regarding the building, it is a well-known oceanfront property that many guests choose specifically for its location and value compared to other beachfront options in Miami Beach. Valet parking is managed by the building and can sometimes take longer during peak hours, which is unfortunately outside of our control. As mentioned when you contacted us, we offered a 20% discount on a future stay as a gesture of goodwill. While we regret that this stay did not meet your expectations, we truly appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the guest experience.

The check in process and location are quite good. The space and kit are good and cover all needs. BUT the pool was always closed without any notice or attempt to address this issue; the bathtub and shower area are full of stains and the space in between the tiles has mould. A deep cleaning with bleach will address this easily. Hairs were found in the shower.

Good location if you want to have the beach few steps away; however, Room needs tom be updated. Everything is old. Need mattresses, pillows, closets, bathrooms, paint, stove. The restaurant downstairs is terrible. They charge you - 5% for not paying with cash. Description of the dishes are not accurate; such as an omelet for breakfast includes eggs only, if you want to build a real omelet the pay about 10 extra. Pool and beach acces are great. Not sure I can recommend this place.

Not pleased

When I got into the room it was a smell and it came from the tub I went to get cleaner to disinfect the tub. Sheets were clean bed was horrible as if they were broken really needs to be updated with new beds and bathroom. Wasn’t pleased!
