Cozy and colorful 2 Bedrooms located at the center of Shinjuku.
One room includes 2 single beds and the other includes 2 double beds. 40+ in TV and a sofabed at livingroom.
Kitchen, washing machine are included.
There are 3 subway train stations that you can choose(all of them are only 6 minutes walk) which is JR Yamamoto Line Shin-Okubo Station, Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer and Toei Oedo Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer.
The biggest supermarket Donkihote is very close to our apartment.

Cozy but surprisingly spacious for the neighborhood, clean and well equipped, great comms with host. 8 min to subway so not the closest to transport but near lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Awesome place

Everything was great. We messaged the host about the unit not having towels, but we bought some from the donqi around the coroner. Would definitely stay here again. Shin Okubo is amazing at night. The yamoto is around the corner. Everything was fantastic.

Convenient location, good space for families

We liked staying a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, but still within easy walking distance of several train stations on different lines. The space is great for a family with kids since there is a comfortable common area with a sofa and foldable dining table.

Rental for vacation

We had a great stay. My dad has difficulty with stairs so this was perfect with no stairs and on the first floor. The apartment was clean and communicating with the manager was easy. Check in was simple though it took us a bit to figure out which building we were in. Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed it.

The tiniest space I have ever seen. We can barely walk around inside without bumping into each other. The communication is not the best. I asked the host if we can check out late but didn't get any response. It is ok if the answer is no but atleast let us know. We were kicked out at the time of the check out which is fine, we left right away. But please communicate if we cannot stay. There are better space around the area, I will not recommend this.
