Great hostess

Booked this property last minute, and was very pleased. Easy to get to, quiet complex, hostess was a great communicator and very accommodating. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Elevator to 4th floor was a bonus! Would stay here again.

Trip for visiting family.

Came to PR to visit family and vacation at same time. Needed a place to stay that was convenient to get to their homes and have easy access to local eateries, stores, main highways etc... found that this location met those needs and it sure did! Our stay was great!

Great Location, Clean and all amenities available. Thoroughly enjoyed and will rent again!

Loved the convenience! Very clean with lots of room for the guests and all amenities available. Enjoy the skyline from the rooftop or simply enjoy a good breeze. Kathy is a well of information on local attractions close by.

Modern, Nicely Appointed and Plenty of Space

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment is modern, nicely appointed and had plenty of space for our family of four. The place was freshly cleaned for our arrival and with the exception of a few misses was in pretty good shape. There was a short power outage during our stay that apparently affected our water pressure but other than that we had no utility issues. The apartment is well ventilated with plenty of fans in the common areas that kept us comfortable. Air conditioned bedrooms made sleeping easy at night. The fourth floor accommodations and gated community create a feeling of security. The apartment is close to shopping and has wonderful views from the rooftop terrace. We did not meet our host but were in contact via text and phone and all our questions and concerns were answered quickly enough. All-in-all it was a good vacation rental experience.

Hurricane Relief

Hosts were great! Kathy and Eduardo were very accommodating and understand of our situation. With the exception of the elevator not working and having a handicap person on our team our stay was awesome and the place was comfortable and clean. A little tight for 10 guys but we were blessed to have such a nice place.

GREAT PLACE CLEAN AND SPACIOUS . VERY STYLISH AND UPDATE DECOR. HAD PLENTY OF AMENITIES AND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR GUESTS AND FAMILY. THE OWNER KATHY IS VERY NICE AND WAS THERE WHEN I NEEDED HER. AIR CONDITIONING BUT ONLY IN BEDROOMS.

I enjoyed my stay very much . I'd do it again in the future very clean and comfortable . I felt at home right away . Kathy is very sweet and is always there when needed . The decor and condo is up to date and stylish . It's great for a big family . I recommend 100%.

Nice clean and spacious place. Roof top view is amazing. Location, perfect for what I was looking for, to be away but not to far out. Amenities that were there, just made above and beyond. Kathy was a great host. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again!

An exceptional place to stay!!

My family was in Puerto Rico for a holiday reunion. We found Kathy and Eduardo's place and were very happy with its central location to our relatives in Caguas. We found the apartment to be extremely comfortable, wonderfully equipped (we even used the telescope to view a comet from the penthouse balcony!), and central to the entire island. The apartment was very secure and being on the fourth floor, had a continuous cool breeze flowing through it. If you are considering a stay in Puerto Rico, this is certainly the first place you need to check out! The owners, Kathy and Eduardo, were great in answering questions and made the whole process of renting seemless and positive. We will stay here again!

Great location and amenities!

We enjoyed our stay in Caguas, PR. Centralized location made travels to all parts of the island convenient. The condo was very comfortable for our family of six and well maintained. Kathy was very responsive to our questions at any time and even made recommendations of places to visit. We hope to return again very soon.

Hola señora Kathy espero este bien. Mi estadía en su propiedad fue muy placentera. La atención de usted hacia mi fue excelente no tengo ni una sola queja. El apartamento tiene de todo para que la estadía sea totalmente cómoda. Y espero que en otra ocasión me permita ser su inquilina. Recomiendo su propiedad por estar cerca del área metropolitana, desde el aeropuerto me tomó alrededor de unos 20 minutos así que para mí está prácticamente cerca de todo.(mall,Walmart,El centro de Caguas,cines etc.)Gracias que Dios la bendiga.

Overall nice

This was the first time i used home away. I spike to a few owners ocer tge phone as i tried to decide where to stay. Kathy really sold me with her kindness and genuine desire to help. She met my family when we arrived and we followed her and het husband back to the rental home. She was always available via text. The penthouse was comfortable abd great views from top floor. The only things that could be improved upon was the bathroom was full of live and dead bugs...no matter how many times i cleaned it they just came back. The kids refused to use it and ended up using the master bath. There were beach chairs etc for use whuch was very helpful. I would recommend Kathy.

The greatest place for vacation in the heart of Puerto Rico, Caguas!

The apartment is well divided for a big family, is cozy, clean, beautiful and in a gated community, it has an amazing roof where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue, and at the same time observing an amazing view of Puerto Rico. I recommend this amazing place for your next vacation!

6 Day Stay for family with 6 adults & 3 Children

Owner / managers were very responsive to our initial inquiry and provided immediate answers to our questions. Property was very clean and well maintained. Beds, linens very comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. I have already recommended the property to relatives and would rent again in the future. Location is central to shopping district and Mall. 30 minutes from San Juan Airport ( traffic pending), beaches and mountain views. Excellent customer service.

Caguas is beautiful!

The condo is located conveniently near highways, drug stores, fast-food restaurants as well as local restaurants. The Caguas plaza is beautiful. The apt is clean and spacious. The property is well-kept. We even had the pool to ourselves both times we used it. The apt has a terrace with a great view however we didn't use it since we preferred to explore the island returning to apt late in the evening. This brings me to the only drawback. We booked the apt with the knowledge that 2 bedrooms had AC. However only one was working. Despite a visit from a repair man a few days into our vacation, he did not have the parts to fix it. We are a family of four (a married couple and 2 teens) and we shared the master bedroom for 11 days. It is uncomfortable to sleep without AC after spending the entire day outdoors in 90 degrees plus temps. Please be sure to speak to the owners about the ACs before booking. I noticed that their most recent listing did not mention the ACs at all.

We enjoy travelling and visiting all the beautiful places the island of Puerto Rico has to offer that are off the beaten trail. Second best thing is the food. We love taking gastronomical food tours and are trying to visit all the beaches on this small island with a big heart.

Also, allows you quick access to the major highways that take you to find the treasures within.

Location. Location. Location. There are so many places to visit and things to see in Puerto Rico. An entire trip around the island takes about 4 hours. Plenty of room and space to unload after a day of fun and adventure. You can lounge around the pool. Best part is that there is plenty of space for family and friends to visit you during your stay.
