Les transports en commun, deux pâtés de maisons qui vous amène à la gare routière principale à d'autres villes aussi.

The air conditioner was present at the bedroom and working, definetely would not be able to stay there without air conditioner. House had what was needed but we were eating out mostly therefore didn't use kitchen. Bathroom clean. The parking was in the street and the rental car was hit during the night. Not a pleasant view to wake up to. Need a car to move around since there are no dinning areas walking distance or transportation spots near by except Uber but it can be prizy due to traffic.

Caguas is 25/30 minutes from San Juan. Please…follow instructions. Not hard to find at all. Look at maps on our ad and GPS is also available. Our place has an urban wonderful location, 3 minutes from main freeways. 6 exits in urbanization. Our neighborhood is a safe, clean, agreeable, mature place next to malls. Old San Juan is about a 30....minutes drive from home. Beaches to the East, 25 minutes drive. To the North, 35 minutes. Look for my address at Google and you will see.

A great experience!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this location because they provided all the amenities necessary during our stay. It is located in the heart of the town with all the resources such as stores, restaurants, and attractions to explore. Despite the island having a power outage during our visit, they were prepared to fulfill with their solar panels, we never suffer from tne lack of power. I wouldn’t think twice on staying at this air b&b again. Thank you for having us.

My husband and I took a 5 day trip to Puerto rico to visit family and booked this cute house for 4 nights. It was very comfortable and clean. Great location with many places to grab a bite to eat. The host Agnes and her husband were great at comunicating on any questions, concerns or help we needed. We highly recommend this this house to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay while visiting the area or neaby towns such as San Juan etc.

Everything was beyond awesome, super clean and organized. I went to celebrate my Honeymoon and it was the first time my wife visit the island and she love it so much that she want to go back and if its possible we definitely staying here. Everything is centric and close to the house.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

My home is in the part of the city of Caguas. This means that we are near the biggest commercial area. Malls, multinational stores, wholesalers, fast foods and restaurants of all kinds and prices. Ten minutes walk to Downtown Caguas.
Our development is 5 minutes from a speedway to the East and toll highway to the North and South.
We decided to buy because of it’s location!!!!
And we are not going anywhere else.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

A short ride to take the speedways and tolls highways to North, South, East and West of the island.
Beaches and points of interest 25 minutes ride from us.
My development has six exits for a real fast displacing to the North, East, West and South, each one with its own enchantment.. There are hospital and doctors minutes from the house, as well as the city’s center and downtown life, all of which made it very atractive for our familiy life.
All my guest love the location for it’s facility for anything they want to do, meaning, commercial, professional, familiar, governmental or tourist activities.
