Perfect location & accommodation for family of four

Convenient location if you want to be in the heart of the village. Walkable to stores and restaurant. Clean and easy to check in and check out. Twin bunks were a little uncomfortable for older kids (teens) but bed in main bedroom was very comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Amy’s property is in the heart of Ellicottville. Just steps from the start line for the EVL 5k. This is our second year staying here and it was just as amazing as last year. Property is very clean, plenty of room for four adults, and two bathrooms. Amy was very helpful and responsive to our questions. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

Overall a great location, apartment was clean, but slightly dated, but all you need for a good stay for the price! One mention, the door to the apartment doesn’t actually lock, I think it has to do with the cold weather and building shifting, so would recommend fixing.. Thanks for a nice stay overall!

Location, Location, Location

The location of this apartment is IDEAL!! Right in town and walkable to everything in town, including the Tops grocery store. The listing doesn't do it justice, as it was a little bigger than I expected - which was a bonus when I walked in. This is clearly a rental unit - the shower hook in the bathroom was falling off the wall, there wasn't any shower stuff (shampoo or soap), hardly any hand soap in the bathrooms, only a few bath towels (2x in each bathroom), and 1x roll of toilet paper. For such a short stay, I wasn't expecting to bring these items. BUT, I would definitely rent this unit again because of the location!!
