This modern 2 Bedroom Home is centrally located to Richland in the East Hills area of Johnstown. Close to all the major shopping and restaurants. This location is centrally located to the Airport, Industrial Park, East Hills Duke Lifepoint Hospital, and The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. This home has everything needed for a short-term stay, whether it is for an extended work or for visiting family or friends. You will not be disappointed with this home.
The space
This house is completely updated with all new appliances, new kitchen and bath. Beautiful artwork, comfortable contemporary furniture throughout. You will find it very comfortable!

Geistown Stay

House was clean, and check in was straight forward. Quiet neighborhood that was conveniently located for our needs.Stayed here with 1 or 2 kids, depending on the night. We were here for 34 nights while the kiddos parents welcomed a new baby into their family.

Great experience

We had a great stay! Everything about this home met or exceeded our expectations. It was super comfortable, well equipped and in close proximity to our family and friends. We especially enjoyed sitting on the rear patio with our morning coffee.

Clean and comfortable

We had a comfortable stay at this home while visiting our family in Richland. The home was well equipped and perfect for what we needed. We even got to enjoy the neighborhood firework display on the 4th of July. We would definitely book here again the next time we visit.

Clean comfortable stay

We had a short weekend stay in Johnstown, PA and needed a clean space that slept 4. Very nice, well stocked and comfortable. All of the furnishings were comfortable and modern. The coffee bar was very nice with a variety of k-cups, flavorings and creamers. Conveniently located.

Beautiful cozy home!

The inside of this property was so comfy, newly updated and clean! I truly loved everything inside this home! From the beds, bedding, dining room table and all its decor! It was on a quiet street and very convenient to local food and drink! I wish it was closer to us because I’d use this home for a little weekend getaway more often!

Reunion Trip

My friend and I stayed here, while attending our 45 class reunion (Go Trojans!) Property was great. Very clean and well maintained. If you are a coffee drink, you will love this property, as they offer a very well stocked coffee bar. Unfortunately, neither of us drink coffee, but I strongly considered starting, because the options were so tempting! Will definitely stay here again, if it is available for further Johnstown trips. Much nicer than staying in a hotel.

A Great Find!

I was in Johnstown for a high school reunion. This house was the perfect location to get that “back home feeling.” The house was very neat and clean, the amenities were plentiful, and the decor was very nice — so much nicer than staying in a hotel!! The only negative I experienced was the lack of window treatments on the glass doors leading to the patio; the view was into the living room, where I spent the later evening time; this can be easily corrected with “disposable” blinds — I would definitely stay here again, and bring the blinds with me. Overall, a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend 😊
