Lots of storage space and closet space. Large living room and large dining room for family Relax in the sun room or the screened-in porch. Lots of hardwood flooring and a large utility room that can also be used as a hobby room. Woodland Park is around the corner, with nice shelters, a large pond, a playground, disc golf, and tennis courts.

Great location, terrific house w/many amenities

This spacious house is very clean, well-maintained and just about 2 miles from the Columbia Town Square. The location is excellent. We loved the layout of the house with a hallway & doors separating the bedrooms from the dining, kitchen & living rooms. It has a comfy living room plus a cozy den. The dining room was our favorite room - sunny & bright. The house is equipped with everything you need for a trip. Communication with the owner was fast & good. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. &

Pleasant stay other than a couple hiccups checking in but host made it right. Great location and the home is surprisingly spacious.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is lovely. It is an older house that has been tastefully redecorated. There were plenty of towels, and the beds were very comfortable! It's in a great neighborhood and close to everything. I hope we have the opportunity to stay again!

Beautiful Home, Great Location

Visited the area to spend time with grandkids. Spacious home, plenty of living space. We did put up some of the decor so we didn't have any accidents, but was easy to put back since I took pictures first. Lol. Kids had plenty of took to run around, inside and outside. Got quick response to questions by property manager. Would definitely stay again if available during our next visit.

Late birthday/Mother’s Day

Beautiful place hope to do it again and actually get to use the place for more than just sleeping and showering. Almost lost my mom multiple times this year amongst other things been a tough year. Wanted to give them their own space. I hate that we lost the whole day due to car troubles I feel like I need a redo already, but the place was awesome. Hope they use it again and really get to enjoy it.

This time of year in Middle Tennessee we get invaded by stink bugs and ladybugs. Even though we have a very liable pest control system there is nothing that can stop some of them from finding their way in a house. If you see any they are harmless and we have provided a hand vac that can remove them if needed. We are sorry for any inconvenience and we are always trying to make the guest experience as pleasant as possible. Thank You.
