The place was a lovely spot in Lac Simon. Everything was clean and the location was perfect. The view was incredible. A group of 12 of us were there for a bachelor party at the end of may and I would highly recommend. We wished the dock was in so we could fully enjoy the lake amenities but with it being early in the summer season it was understandable that it was not installed yet. Beautiful spot 9.5/10

A few areas of cleanliness I would suggest - the main floor shower has mold in and around the tiles that surround the window and the shower curtain smells funky.The bbq on the main floor patio and the ground around it is in need of cleaningThere are a few pavers / stones in front of the downstairs sliding door that are loose and could be a tripping hazardThe walkway to the dock has some loose posts

Beau chalet sur un lac à l’eau limpide. Tout était tel que décrit dans la description. Les lits étaient confortables, la cuisine bien équipée, tout était propre. Il y a une seule douche mais le bain du sous-sol possède une douchette à main donc ça peut dépanner. Beaucoup de chaises extérieures, 2 BBQ, un stationnement près du chalet qui peut accueillir environ 3 voitures sinon les autres voitures doivent se stationner en haut de la côte (2 minutes de marche) dans un autre stationnement très grand. Le terrain est en pente avec plusieurs escaliers donc n’est pas adapté pour des gens qui ont de la difficulté à se déplacer. Près de la plage municipale et à 10 minutes en voiture de l’épicerie/SAQ.Les ados et adultes ont adoré le spa, le quai où on a pêché quelques achigans, les kayaks (3), les paddleboards (3) et la table de billard. Un très beau séjour, on y reviendra!
