Very nice place ! Perfect set up for two couples. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Great location. We brought our side-by-sides and there was plenty of room for the truck and trailer. Check in was very easy. Good communication from owner. Would highly recommend !

Thank you for your kind words NIkki! We hope to have you back soon!
Super nice place. Really enjoyed the stay and all the amenities. Wonderful afternoons sitting on the front porch as well as in the mornings watching the sun come up with a good cup of coffee. There are multiple access points to get to SXS or ATV riding as well. Hosts were on sight for the weekend and were great and super friendly, even inviting us on a SXS ride to a local BBQ joint. Overall stay was wonderful. Will be booking again in the spring for our next visit. Ten out of ten.....

Thanks so much Keith! Enjoyed having you and looking forward to having you back soon!
Four of us had a lovely stay at Jack's Joint in March 2024. It's a great location near hikes we like, with a really nice view and wonderful deck. We would definitely rent here again.
The manager/co-owner Stephanie was very responsive before and during our stay - nice to meet you, Stephanie! - and the only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 have to do with the "new" factor.
It's such a new rental property, a few items were still being worked out when we stayed and a few conveniences were missing. They were minor overall and I shared a list with owner after, which she appreciated. (Plus, she immediately brought us a few items we asked about.) I expect these will be addressed by time someone reads this. (Also, house was clean but some personal items left from previous renters weren't removed, so 4 stars; and 4 stars on listing because it needs *more* info - otherwise accurate.)
The beds were comfortable and it's nice for two couples that each has a bathroom to themselves. The kitchen and living area are spacious - and the deck is amazing. Loved it. The kitchen has plenty of well-stocked cabinets though a bit tight on counter space for groceries, etc. (We learned owners plan to revamp kitchen a bit to address this).
The view is great because the house sits on a hill (it's a bit steep on the gravel drive but we made it fine).
Overall a great couple of days in a nice and convenient rental property.
