The place is very cozy, it is as described in the post.
We had some issues with the access code and they kindly moved us to another apartment in the same building.
The customer service is superb, they reply immediately and are very kind. I highly recommend this place.
Key pad didn’t work. Waited 2 hours for repairs - a dead battery. Neighbors very nice took us in. Great location 30 min walk to Zocala and museums everywhere. Nice restaurants in ten minute walk
Very nice apartment with a full wall of windows looking out toward Bellas Artes and the Cathedral. The front door was attended 24hrs a day, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again. The location is great for hopping around. It’s about a half hour walk to Zocalo, 15 to Bellas Artes, and about 45 to Condesa. Also five minutes from several metro lines. Very convenient.
The building is a nice piece of architecture. Beautiful vistas of the monuments close. Clean & neat. The check it process sucked. Be ready to go thru multiple layers of security screening including sending a picture of your credit card which I had never heard of before. So give yourself time to check in. Regardless, it was a good place to stay, I would probably stay here again next time.
We enjoyed our stay here and felt very safe. The location is great and we could walk to many of the sites we were looking to hit. We appreciated the maid service and the regular check ins from the property managers. The doormen at this apartment are lovely but speak no English, and weren’t made aware of our arrival - this did prove challenging when we arrived. Another touch that could bump up this property to make it ‘excellent’ would be to replace the toilet- we had trouble with the tank not refilling for the majority of our stay (meaning we had to fill it from the sink in order to flush. All in all, I would recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in this area of Mexico City.

Beautiful apartment, poor customer service
I had such an incredibly bad experience with this property, I really hope that Wynwood gets it together for future guests.
I was checked in two hours late due to the housekeeping service running behind. Check-in was a hassle, the doormen were very confused. The apartment was not clean, including hair on the floor & dirty dishes. The water pressure went out in the building (common in CDMX, not Wynwood's fault), so I had to be moved to a different apartment. That one was also beautiful, and thankfully clean, but the humidity was very low, causing me to get a stuffy nose, cough, and nosebleed. I heard the neighbors in the rooms around me coughing as well. I know that CDMX is known for high altitude, but I was fine outside of this particular (the second) apartment.
Wynwood only offered me a 2 hour late checkout after all of this trouble, although they were responsive throughout my stay.
I think it would have been a great stay if not for all of the issues. It caused a lot of stress during my trip. But the apartment itself was beautiful, safe (although one of the doormen kept flirting with me), got a lot of sunlight, and I loved that I could open the doors on both ends of the apartment and get a nice breeze through the entire place. As a solo traveler who is a woman, I felt comfortable coming in and out even at nighttime.
