"House Of Pins" 4200 SqFt of Sensory friendly fun w/ 2 Full Lane BOWLING ALLEY!

House of Pins is a private 4200 Sqft recreational room attached to our home. It houses a 2 FULL Lane BOWLING ALLEY & much more!!! This intimate space is for families, friends or church groups etc. who are desiring a unique, exclusive overnight stay to feel like a "getaway" without having to go far away! HOPs also desires to serve those guests who would not otherwise have the opportunities to experience bowling in the traditional capacity. Regardless of age or ability, our sensory friendly, limited capacity environment solidifys our inclusion model.

Nestled in a small, quite, neighborhood surrounded by acres of nature's finest, sits our beautiful 1.5 acre property. A seperate driveway leads to the back of our home to a private concreate parking lot where then just steps away sits our 4200 square foot recreational room that is attached to our family home but has a private entry for guests. Inside our guests will be greeted with an exceptionally rare, intimate space that features a 2 FULL Lane Bowling Alley that is sanctioned by the National Bowling Association. Complete with newly installed high-end computer scoring systems, our guests can be rest assured no bowling experience is necessary in navigating a game. Our guests can also enjoy bumpers for the littles and/or a slide to assist their balls. Also, choose from an array of sizes of bowling balls, along with provided bowling shoes and disposable bowling booties.

If throwing stikes is not your thing, choose from the plethera of other options: Pool, Darts, Foosball, or take a shot at the legendary Golden Tee arcade game! Maybe a game of cards on our custom made solid oak poker table, or retrieve to our endless options of board games.

Bring out the performer in you by singing your heart out on our bluetooth karaoke system, ramp it up with a competition at the mike! Sports fan....? Kick back on our 6 person Italian leather luxury theatre seating with several perks to enjoy, such as recliners, massage, electric positioning for that perfect comfort level, LED lighting, USB plug ins and even head rest electric adjustment options. Enjoy our NFL package on our newly installed huge 111" x 120" screen by "Innovations Zero Edge Pro Slate 16:9 Ratio Fixed". No game is limited!!! Watch 2 different games at once or the same game on both the projection screen and our brand new 86" Smart TV screen. Movies are your thing, enjoy every movie channel you can think of!!! DIm the lights and create that movie theatre experience! We will pop the popcorn!

We provide plenty of comfortable, luxury seating. Full private use of kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, glassware, double sink, large counters spaces and full length bar-rail. We welcome our guest to self cater. We have double stove system in our home that we are happy to store food to keep warm. We provide all cleaning essestials to clean up after use.

We also have a 6ft and 8 ft. table for use, as well as a 12 ft table. Guests are welcome to request rearrangment of our furniture to create the space that will be most conducive for their experience. We welcome you to request a layout that best serves you and your guests. We will then have that layout set up for you when you arrive. We can push the theratre seating against the back wall and turn it around to open up that space. We can remove any couch or chair as well for more open floor concept. We can add additional tables and chairs.

Guests can enjoy a non-tradional open concept "slumber party" style or "old school gym lock-in" style by choosing from our pull out sofa bed, sleeps 2, twin matress, sleeps 2, double airmatress, sleeps 3, or rough it out on either of our couches. Owners also provide sheets and pillows. Guests NEED to bring comforters or blankets. For guest would like more privacy, enjoy your own private bedroom upon request that has a private door entry from the recreational room into this bedroom without having to walk through our home. The bedroom also has another door that is an exit and entry door to our living area but will be able for guest to lock to feel secure from owners access. This bedroom best serves younger kids, we have a twin matress, toddler bed and a pack and play in this room for guests. Please Note: Guest number over 10 will be charged an additional $25 per person over 10.
