The comfotable home has three bedrooms,two bath rooms a office and sauna with open plan living room and kitchen making it perfect for family holidays.The kitchen is well equiped with all amenities. Aircon is installed in the living area and master bedroom with ceiling fans installed in all rooms. There is a large covered outdoor tiled terrace with furnitureand and a charcoale barbique if required. located on a idyllic four acre block five minutes to the beautiful beaches,the town and and ten minutes to the sheltered waters of seventeen seventy.
