The reception desk personnel were so polite and answered every question I had. The self parking was across the street which made the check in a little challenging. The room looked down onto Fremont Street Experience, so highly recommend hearing protection if planning to head to sleep before 2 a.m. - But it's Vegas and no one should be sleeping before 2 am!
This was listed as a single home and it was a 9 x 10 room. Upon arrival I had to pay an additional 630 which was hidden fees that were not displayed anywhere in the listing either. Very old and loud. Then was charged multiple chargers by the hotel after check in and had to submit fraud charges with my back Very frustrating and feel that what I paid for what definitely not what I got.

Too many charges
I arrived a day early. They where able to give me an additional reservation. But, charged me a deposit for the first night and then for the second reservation. I was also charged a Resort Fee for both Reservations. They were supposed to link the two reservations, but, that didn't happen. So, I had to check out and check back in.

Too Loud! Couldn't sleep 2 out of 3 nights
1. Vrbo, we pay fees to your team to broker between customers and the hotels. Its also my expectation that Vrbo vets and helps decipher which hotels are authentic and truthful. If they don't provide 100% what they say don't post them2. They put me in a room sharing a wall with the extremely loud Fremont Street. This street always has music playing, and many night concerts going to at least 2am. Also the volume of casino on the main floor, continues after the concerts. My room was consistently rattling from the speakers. Not to my surprise, next morning, when i went to the lobby to request a new room, there was a line up of people, with the same complaint. They couldnt even accomdate all the room change requests because the rooms were filled. 3. The hotel needs to be more transparent, with the truth about the noise. 4. The hotel and Vrbo should make it VERY CLEAR that and Room fee will be charge at the front desk. So yes, you pay for the room, then pay a room fee, and a service fee for Vrbo (there was no value ad with going with Vrbo, i could have booked with the hotel directly and paid less).any it needs to be in BOLD the complete price. I traveled from Toronto to Vegas. We need transparency.
