Welcome to your stylish home away from home in the heart of Downtown Dallas! This modern 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is located on the 6th floor, offering stunning skyline and pool views. The space features an industrial-chic design with exposed brick walls and sleek finishes.

Please Note: The second sleeping area is a semi-private space located within the living room, sectioned off with privacy curtains for your comfort.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. You will also have full access to the building's shared amenities. Please be aware that amenity hours are subject to change and access may occasionally be paused for maintenance.



Building Amenities:

Swimming Pool: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pool is closed on Mondays for routine maintenance.

Fitness Center: A fully-equipped gym, conveniently located on the 1st level and accessible 24/7.

Game, Art & Music Rooms:** Enjoy creative and recreational spaces, including a pool table. Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closed on weekends).

Cinema Room: Enjoy a private movie session. Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closed on weekends). Please remember to bring your own DVDs.

Pre-Check-In: You must complete a pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and our digital house manual. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card before arrival and released within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages.

Amenity Closures: No refunds will be provided for planned or unplanned closures of building amenities like the pool or gym.

Decor:The apartment's decor and furniture may vary slightly from what is shown in the photos.

Special Requests: Early check-in, late check-out, a Pack 'n Play, or an air mattress may be available upon request. A second air mattress can be provided for an additional fee of $35/night.Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) not permitted unless actively loading/unloading
