Relax, feel total peace and comfort in my newly upgraded condo - ocean view

My condo was totally updated in 2019 with new flooring and it has: granite kitchen counter top, stainless steel appliances and real wood cabinets, furniture and large energy efficient washer/dryer. In addition you will find it is perfectly located as it is a few feet from the sauna, the two gas BBQ grills, large swimming pool, spa/Jacuzzi, and tennis courts. My 'home away from home.' where the warm tropical décor immediately puts you in the 'Maui Mood' is located just steps away from the famed Kamaole Beaches, making it easy to take an early morning swim in the ocean, spend a day at the beach for excellent boogie boarding, body surfing, snorkeling or other beach activities. Let all your cares melt away on the beach or my lanai while sipping your favorite Mai Tai.

My deluxe non-smoking ground unit is fully equipped for a perfect Maui vacation. The bedroom has a Cal King bed, large dresser and 2 night stands with oscillating fans provided for your comfort, large Hawaiian paddle ceiling fan, large closet with mirrors and a 40" flat screen TV. In the living room you will find the password for WIFI, an air conditioner, a 42" flat screen TV, DVR, DVD player, Stereo/Radio/CD blue tooth player with lots of movies and island CD’s for your out of the sun enjoyment and relaxation. On the lanai you will find lounge chairs for your afternoon or evening relaxation and table with 4 chairs for those evening cocktails as the sun sets. You will also find for your many hours of outdoor fun and relaxation on our white sand beaches, beach chairs, beach mats, coolers, and beach towels.

My chef's kitchen contains everything you will need to prepare meals and snacks for your ocean-view dining in or out on the lanai enjoying the light tropical breezes. It is fully stocked with dishes, an abundance of glasses, cookware, utensils, and small appliances (coffee pot, toaster, blender, hand mixer). You will also find many spices in the cupboard.

Four championship golf courses within 15 minutes drive! Besides enjoyment of the abundant tropical fish, turtles, mantas, colorful coral, and many whales frolicking off shore during whale season you will also find numerous fine restaurants, bars, health food store, ice cream shop, surf/snorkel/scuba rentals as well as clothing and souvenir shops within walking distance.

This gorgeous condo is close to everything you could possibly need. Kihei is the best! If you like to swim, you are in luck because the condo is a few steps away from the best swimming beach on Maui. It also has a great pool on site and a gorgeous kitchen that was just redone. On top of it all, you couldn't ask for a better person to be your host. Andrea is a gem!!

We loved the location, right across the street from a great beach. The condo was clean and very nicely updated. The only downside were the bath towels all smelled moldy. The towels were good quality but unfortunately they all smelled... even after I washed them. I think they need to get all white towels so they can bleach them like hotels do.

Our stay at this unit was great. The king sized bed had very nice, crisp, clean bedding. The kitchen and living room area were well appointed and very well stocked. The knives were sharp - no sharpening required. We enjoyed the TV & DVD/CD player and the ability to access our Netflix account. The Wifi was faster than most. The bathroom and shower were well organized with an ample supply of nice towels, a hair dryer, and curling iron. It was also nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit and not have to look for and spend vacation time in a laundromat. This unit has been recently renovated and everything had a very new, clean feel to it. I would highly recommend this unit. Great value for a very good price.

We have stayed at this unit many years ago. I was pleased the owner keeps everything updated (new flat screen TV, new washer/dryer, new king bed) as well as she has added more for the vacationer that likes to stay in some. Every morning we ate out on the lanai and enjoyed the ocean view. It truly was like "home away from home". Thank you. For those who do not have a car, you can see turtles off the beach right across the street from Dolphin Plaza. I had one swim 2 feet from me and then on another occasion watched a family of 3 play in the surf. Everything you need for you beach and swimming experience is either at the condo or the scuba/snorkeling shope right next to the condo complex. Grocery stores are 2 blocks away, lots of restaurants and even dancing at a hotel poolside bar. I believe it was Tuesday nights. Great trip!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here last summer and it was a perfect location. We had a wonderful view from the lanai, everything we needed was there, everything you could need in the kitchen, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels, sunscreen. It was a clean, private, and relaxing place. The owner has truly made it a home away from home vacation spot. It was a short walk to a wonderful beach, and other great beaches were only a short drive away. Plenty of shopping area's around, and our favorite spot was Taqueria Cruz, they always had wonderful food for a great price, and live music to enjoy. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Kihei.

The condo was clean and inviting, has everything we needed for our 1 week stay. We especially enjoyed the lanai, the view of molokini and little geckos on the wall. The ice chest, boogie boards, beach towels, hats, were all such nice things to have available. The location is excellent, right next to shopping center and across the street from a beautiful beach.

What a surprise to walk in and have a view of the water! This condo is very quiet, bright and comfortable. It has everything you need and is located close to food and shopping. With the beach just down the hill, you can stay here without a car really. I did! Maui bus runs hourly for 2 bucks if you want to get out. Lots of books and DVD's if you must stay in. The pool, barbecue, sauna and hot tub are steps away. Unless you must be right on the beach or have trouble with stairs, stay here. Short list of cons: Not wheelchair accessible, sliding door was hard to latch or lock, and the barbecue odors waft in when people are cooking. Really a good value and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Everything is included for a long or short stay from a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom essentials, towels, linens, washer/dryer to a selection of beach items like boogie board, chairs, mats, etc. Convenient location close to shopping and just a few steps to a perfect beach. Attractive complex with stunning blue tile pool. Very nice for a romantic get away or family vacation.

Our 4th attempt at finding that perfect Kihei condo rental. This is the closest we've come to perfect, so far! Alii Kai D101 is a fabulous location in the heart of Kihei. A car in not required to have a great time here. S
