Condo confortable au rez-de-chaussée à Kihei Akahi C-108

Mon condo à Kihei Akahi C-108 ne est pas seulement une location de vacances, ce est ma deuxième maison. Je me rends personnellement plusieurs fois par an pour se assurer qu'il est bien préparé pour votre plaisir. Une des plus belles plages de Kihei est situé en face de la rue de cette copropriété décorées avec goût. Après une journée de détente sur la plage dans votre chaise de plage, revenir le soir pour un coucher de soleil spectaculaire.

Profitez de l'ambiance conviviale et de magnifiques jardins paysagers de Kihei Akahi de la véranda privée. Palmiers croissance à côté de la véranda se balancent doucement dans la brise tropicale.

Commercial et de nombreux restaurants sont à distance de marche. Mobilier ont été soigneusement sélectionnés à partir d'un magasin de meubles local pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Une cuisine bien planifiée entièrement équipée fera cuisson semble sans effort. Détendez-vous le soir dans un lit plateforme en acajou massif très confortable avec un matelas Tempur-Pedic. Fenêtres de style tropical laisser dans 100% de la brise tropicale. Les ventilateurs de plafond et d'un ventilateur de tour Dyson sont disponibles pour refroidir la copropriété. Je ai choisi de ne pas installer un climatiseur car il libère du carbone qui contribue au réchauffement climatique. Une douche en marbre fabriqué a été faite par un designer local à Haiku. L'ensemble du condo a un nouveau plancher. Est-il ou est-ce le bois carreaux? Il ya toujours des changements réalisés à la copropriété pour améliorer le décor. Ceci est un must condo.

Communication with owner was great. We love staying at the Kihei Akahi which is why we chose this unit. We never used the AC, but it was nice to have as an option. The washing machine didn’t work and the fix was not available during our stay. We packed enough clothes assuming we’d be able to wash them, so it was a pretty big inconvenience. The owner offered late checkout on our last day, which was not even an option as we left for the airport quite early. No other concessions were offered.

I had my appliance repairman check out the washer as soon as he could. He said there was nothing wrong with the washer. The earliest a plumber could come to check out the laundry drain was after the guests checked out. He did not find much in the drain. The main pipes were jetted 2 days after the guests arrived and there could have been some debris backed up into the condo pipes. I called repair people as soon as I was notified on a Saturday that there was a problem.

Good quiet location in south Maui

Nice and clean condo, very good location, just across the beach and centrally located for all south maui activities. Only thing we missed was AC in the bedroom, missed it during the reservation.

Great location

The location of this property is amazing. 2 minute walk from the beach. Easy access to lots of restaurants and other beaches. Loved that there were beach chairs and other beach necessities available. Easy check in processes and a parking stall. Air conditioning would make it 5 stars.

Great getaway

Great condo in the perfect location, 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach across the stress is one of my favorites in Kihei where turtles swam past us nearly every time we were in the water. Not to mention next to good restaurants and shops.

Good place to stay, the lack of air conditioning wasn't really an issue for me. The breeze through the patio and front door was sufficient to keep the temperature comfortable. Place is well stocked and in a super convient spot to walk to eat or to the beach. Would stay here again.

Excellent property, photos don’t do it justice. Nice community, not a party spot, great snorkeling within walking distance. From property owner to security at the complex everyone was kind and helpful. Location made a good starting point for driving to all of the different areas of the island.

Great location, beautiful property at a great price.

This is our 4th stay at this property but our first in this suite so we knew what to expect. The suite was very welcoming and stocked with the basic soaps, and supplies needed to keep it clean during our stay. We would have enjoyed having an air conditioner but made do with the ceiling fans and took advantage of the natural breeze. .We enjoyed our stay and thank our host for the opportunity to use her suite.

All the positive reviews I read about the condo were accurate. The condo was in good shape, had everything we needed. The only downside was the back bedroom got a bit hot at night. All the other times we have booked we have gone in April when it was slightly cooler, this time we went in July. Would recommend to a friend!

Kathy was welcoming. The amenities were generally fine. But we would not rent this unit again for two reasons, lack of AC and hallway noise. Regardless of Kathy's assurances, which I bought into, that open windows and fans would provide cooling, they did not !! With temps in the 90s each day the unit was hot day and night !! Sleeping was very uncomfortable. Also with the bedroom windows open to the outside hallway and elevator lobby, the noise repeatedly woke us up. We spent most of our time with family in another unit with AC. We would not rent this unit again and will not recommend it to others.

I have decided to install an air conditioner as soon as the Island receives more inventory. It is extremely difficult to get anything accomplished because inventory and installers are limited. I appreciate your comments and have taken them to heart.

Great location with all the amenities!

Perfect location across from the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Property and gardens well maintained. Condo was well stocked with all beach items, kitchen necessities, plenty of towels and bedding, as well as numerous electrical outlets. The host had excellent communication! It could use a better fan in the living room and a new mattress. There were two cushy, memory foam toppers on the bed, but the mattress dipped in the middle so that didn’t help much. Overall, a great value and I would stay here again.

I purchased my condo in Maui several years ago because of my love of the ocean. The beach across the street is convenient and has some of the best snorkeling. I have been snorkeling in several exotic places, but Hawaii is my favorite. My hobby is photography and I took all the photos of the various Hawaiian islands that displayed throughout the condo. A visit to Maui is refreshing any time of the year, but I really enjoy escaping our winter and spring blizzards in Denver, Colorado.

I chose to buy at Kihei Akahi because it was recommended to me as a great resort. I enjoy the variety of people who reside at and visit Kihei Akahi. It is conveniently located across the street from the beach. My unit is located away from the noise of Kihei Road. I love the southern part of Maui because the people are friendly and it is close to shopping, Wailea and Makena beaches.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

My most memorable time at my condo is eating breakfast out on the lanai and watching the turtle doves. I love my kitchen with its many small appliances. I have enjoyed furnishing my condo with items I have collected from Denver and hand carried in my luggage. Decorating my condo and designing the kitchen have been challenging and fun for me. Solid wood furniture made from bamboo and mahogany create a tropical atmosphere. I am constantly thinking of more decorating ideas and will be adding more to the unit. My daughter is an interior designer and has given me lots of ideas. I have installed air conditioning due to the impact of climate change making the islands warmer. The condo gets a great breeze from the trade winds.
