Trev's Surfside Hideaway - Kihei Maui

Notre condo Kihei Maui offre tout le confort de la maison dans un cadre paisible de style jardin. Il se trouve à quelques pas du magnifique parc de la plage Kamaole 1 et à quelques minutes en voiture / en bus de certains des meilleurs golfs et boutiques d'Hawaï. Les vues sur l'océan et les couchers de soleil du soir depuis le domaine de la copropriété sont magnifiques tandis que le petit-déjeuner sur la véranda offre une retraite tranquille avec des oiseaux chanteurs et de la verdure. Le condo a 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain et une véranda expansive.

Les espaces de vie et de salle Ă  manger sont spacieux et confortablement meublĂ©s, parfaits pour se lover avec un bon livre ou rĂȘver comme une douce brise de l'ocĂ©an danse par la vĂ©randa. Pour encore plus de plaisir, nous avons Ă©galement inclus un tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat de 37 pouces, un Apple TV, un lecteur CD / station d'accueil iPod et une connexion Internet haut dĂ©bit sans fil. Une vĂ©randa meublĂ©e attachĂ©e au salon est parfaite pour un petit dĂ©jeuner relaxant ou un dĂźner intime au crĂ©puscule du soir.

Il y a une chambre entiĂšrement meublĂ©e avec un ensemble de chambre king size exquis. Une salle de douche lumineuse et propre se trouve dans une piĂšce sĂ©parĂ©e directement adjacente. Un espace de couchage supplĂ©mentaire peut ĂȘtre trouvĂ© au moyen d'un canapĂ©-lit queen-size moderne dans le salon.

La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, comprenant un grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, une cuisiniĂšre Ă©lectrique et un four, un four Ă  micro-ondes, un grille-pain, un mixeur, un lave-vaisselle, une cafetiĂšre et un moulin Ă  cafĂ©, des casseroles et des poĂȘles, de la vaisselle et des couverts et une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse.

Un «lanai» est un patio ouvert, idéal pour se détendre autour d'une tasse de café le matin ou d'un cocktail en soirée. Savourez le coucher du soleil et vos repas en plein air sur 2 grandes «chaises longues à bascule» et / ou une table à manger avec 4 chaises.

Il y a une grande piscine extérieure et un bain à remous situés dans la cour centrale ensoleillée du complexe. 2 courts de tennis en taille réelle (privés pour les clients de l'immeuble) sont également disponibles prÚs de l'arriÚre du complexe. Des barbecues à gaz et des siÚges communs sont situés à cÎté des courts de tennis et de la terrasse de la piscine.

Incroyable propriété

J’ai passĂ© une incroyable semaine avec ma famille! Tout Ă©tait parfait! J’étais avec 1 bĂ©bĂ© et 1 enfant de 2 ans et tout Ă©tait mis Ă  disposition pour eux: lit de bĂ©bĂ©, jeux, livres etc La cuisine Ă©tait super bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Plein de produits disponible dans la salle de bains Le lit est ultra confortable. Plein d’équipements pour la plage ce qui Ă©tait grandement apprĂ©ciĂ© : chaises, parasols, cooler, Ă©quipement de snorkeling etc Le lanai est extraordinaire Nous avions seulement l’adresse de la place et n’avions pas reçu les informations connexes comme le numĂ©ro d’appartement. Nous avons contactĂ© Kathryn trĂšs tard et elle nous a rĂ©pondu immĂ©diatement. La communication avec elle Ă©tait superbe L’endroit est proche de restaurants, cafĂ© et de la plage (2 min Ă  pied) Je m’ennuie dĂ©jĂ  de la place, c’est sur que j’y retournerai sans hĂ©siter

Really great place with hosts that really care about their visitors

Kathryn and Trevor were perfect hosts that went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time in Maui. Their place is perfectly located for easy access to the beach while still being quiet enough to enjoy a good meal outside on the terrace. Also really enjoyed the BBQ and the pool to unwind after a day of exploring Maui.

We recommend this unit for anyone visiting Kihei, it just had a couple quirks for us This property has a ton going for it - 2 minute walk to beach, tons of meal choices within a 20 minute walk (including groceries), one of the nicest condo pools I've seen, tons of beach accessories, a great shower with generous amenities, and lots of friendly neighbors/renters. There were drawbacks unique to our stay that soured the first day - the ceiling fan in the bedroom did not function. The window had been left open by the cleaners on a hot day, so we had real concerns abput being able to sleep well (we nearly left). There is not much natural breeze based on how the unit's doors face, and the front room air conditioner was overwhelemed for hours. Comms with Kathryn went fine and she had the cleaning lady bring a box fan on Day 2 to mitigate the situation enough. Unfortunately the fan was not replaced during our 5-day stay (lack of repair person), so we had to work around it the whole time. (The cranked-up AC eventually worked well in the living room) In addition, there were 2 other main issues - the dryer knob had popped off enough that a wrench was provided to turn the power switch to run. Also, the garbage disposal was a known issue (though it wasn't needed).

Cool Breezes

This condo is in a great location near the beach and close to all the food you can eat. Honestly you could stay just here and have a great time. We did venture out, but found ourselves eating at nearby coconuts cafe most nights. Beware, if you have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you. There are a fair amount of steps to get to the parking lot and back. Although there are some shortcuts through the lawn areas. All the cooking tools and implements you could need are provided. My only critique is the kitchen knives were chipped and basically useless. Other than that we appreciated all the cookware. Overall the furnishings were nice, but the linens had some holes in them and we spotted a suspicious stain on the mattress cover. Also all the beach stuff you can think of was provided, this is incredibly convenient and a great touch. The nearby beach is perfect and not busy at all as the beach parking is quite far away. The surf is calm in the mornings and great for floating. We did have an issue with checking in where we had to reach out directly. Then with checking out as we didn't receive any details from the property managers until our penultimate day. But once we messaged them they were very quick to provide a detailed rundown of the property rules. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Right next to the beach, quiet and relaxing

My family and I loved our stay in Kehei. We appreciated the town, which is a nice escape from the big hotels that you find in other parts of Maui. We could walk to the beach, literally 2 blocks away, and the condo had plenty of beach supplies for any activity. There’s even a little grocery walking distance away so you can basically park your car and never have to drive, unless you want too. The apartment is great, with a nice porch to enjoy meals. Note, there is parking at the top of this hill as well as the bottom, which we didn’t figure out until a few days in.

A great place in Maui

This was an amazing property that I highly recommend. The location is a five minute walk to the beach, shopping, and food. This was an amazing family friendly rental that contains all of the items you may need for day at the beach. The condo complex also contains a really nice pool and hot tub, plus facilities to grill, which my family did three times. The condo is also well stocked with all of the kitchen equipment you may need if you decide do some cooking, which is not always the case in rental properties. The owners are super responsive and were a huge help in directing us towards things to do and see in Maui. I could not have been happier with this property and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great stay in Maui!!

Wonderful stay!

Kathryn is an amazing host!! This place is close to the beach to enjoy the sunset and go for swimming. There are nice restaurants nearby and stores. We would love to come back again and stay here. Very clean and beautiful place, everything was stocked up well. Games for kids too. Overall a pleasant and amazing stay! Thank you Kathryn!

Kihei Quiet Haven

Trev's Hideaway was an exceptionally pleasant place to stay. It was in a very quiet Condo just of Sth Kehei Rd so no traffic noise, as a result all we could hear in the morning was the birds. Just across from a family friendly swimming beach & near a great coffee shop & a delicious bakery. In all we couldn't have been happier away from it all, but in the heart of everything including great restaurants nearby including Threes one of our very favourites. We will return

Clean, Well Equipped, Great Location

We stayed at Trev's Hideout for 2 weeks. We quite enjoyed our stay; the condo was well equipped, clean and a block off the beach. The owners attended to a small issue quickly and the complex manager was a great guy. we would certainly stay here again.

Great home base for relaxing Maui stay

We had a great stay here - it's an easy walk to Kamaole I (even for a 2 year old) and walking to several good spots for food. Condo was very clean (never saw any bugs, which in Hawaii is amazing) and functional. Pool was nice, wifi was fast, A/C in living room was nice for sleeping. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would be nice to have an outside lock on the lanai door so could come and go from there. Downgrading one star because the bed in the bedroom is a queen, not a king, which was not as listed, and this was actually the main reason I booked this condo (we needed a king). Also note the living room fan might hit your head if you're over 6 feet.

Perfect Stay

Look no further! This stay is perfect. Trevor & Kathryn were very responsive and accommodating with our check-in/out and visit. The location is superb, with a 2 minute walk to beach and many surrounding shops. The place was super clean, with all the amenities! The shower was hot, A/C worked well and even a fan for the main bedroom. It’s very spacious with a comfortable king size pull out couch. The stay is on the ground floor, with easy access to the main road to load groceries/beach accessories into the car. My mom enjoyed her morning coffee on the lanai & walks down the beach. Would definitely return again to this stay. A big Mahalo to the hosts!

This property has it all. Lots of items (beach necessities) for the outdoors. Name it they have it. Great location to our favorite part in Maui (Kihei). Close to shops, stores, restaurants, and walking distance to the beach. Owners were also very accommodating and easy to reach. We will definitely stay back here and recommend this property. Mahalo!
